Yeeeeeeaaaaahhh. How much was his contract again?

Source of picture is http://www.profootballtalk.com/rumormill.htm

Unfortunately his contract demands inflated at the same speed with which his body weight inflated...

GEEZ!! He would have never made it through Saban's Camp!!

But it would be kind of cool to have the Michelin Man in a Fins uniform

Jeez -- I didn't know he was that big. But you know, I don't foresee Saban really going after a lot of HIGH $$ free agents. I think he will "seek value relative to what's best for the team."

We didn't sign ANYONE that was overpriced. I think we'll just look for role players and say "no thanks" to these guys that think their **** don't stink.

So I guess he did absolutely nothing during his holdout. He's gonna need a couple months to get back in shape.

I thought the Eagles were kind of being jerks when they released him from franchise this late in the game. Now I look at him and I see why. STAY IN SHAPE IF YOU WANT THE BIG BUCKS!

Saban would have ponied up the cash to get Simon. That's a misconception about Nick. He ponied up some cash to get Kevin Carter and he would have ponied up some cash for Corey Simon, except I think they took one look at him and what he weighed and said "Uhhhh....we'll give you a one year deal worth $1 million"

On the other hand, if Simon had stayed in some semblance of shape during his holdout (first off he'd probably still be an Eagle) the Dolphins would have jumped right in with the kind of contract Corey wanted.

it's the Stay-Puft Marshmallow Man.

You know, from Ghostbusters.

CK - I respect your opinion as much as anyone on this board. But do you think, that if Simon was in his old shape, that the Dolphins would have offered him the most lucrative contract of any DL? isn't that what the Colts gave him? I'm curious to know if you think they would.
