Tannehenne blew this.

Miami will not waste a draft pick on a QB and if the sign someone it won't be a starter, Tannehill will be the starter next season

What the scouts said about Tannehill is true:

http://www.newerascouting.com/2012/01/11/ryan-tannehill-2012-nfl-draft-scouting-report/

Tack on the fact that he does choke in big games. He's better than Henne, but like Henne he lacks in-game awareness (think slide before the 1st down marker), urgency, and is too robotic at times.

Wow, that scouting report is spot on. Everything about the deep ball laid out in front of us in black and white. Their comparison to Fitzpatrick is scary

The whole team blew it.Dont be ridiculous and leave tannehill alone. He did alot considering how crappy the oline is.

No heart at all.

stop with the o line bull****.

we watch every fins game so we see the fins play more than any other team.

i promise u peyton manning, tom brady, aaron rodgers, big ben, etc have not had all pro o lines there entire careers, but no one talks about it bc they make plays.

good to great qbs cover up many deficiencies a team has.

ya, the fins just coincidentally have had terrible ocs, terrible play calling, and terrible o lines since marino left, or maybe its just we have not had a competent qb since marino left, making every coach or player look a lot worse than they r.

no one here thinsk or o line is all pro by any means, but our qb has ****ed up plenty.

Oh stop he played well against the steelers and patriots and many other games. Natually a game he doesn't play well and that's the litmus test for you. This whole team played bad. Terrible drops from Wrs, no pass rush, nobody getting open. bad rushing, etc

Tannehill is obviously a nice guy and I wish him the best, but I have seen enough.

He doesn't throw the deep ball well, he doesn't get in his teammates faces when they screw up, countless errors leading to fumbles, interceptions, sacks, and so on. I understand he has no O-line, but you would think after an entire season, he would learn to adjust to that and run the ball more when pressure is in his face. It sucks when random ass QB's, such as Foles can instantly **** on teams, while we have to groom Tannehill for years to do such simple things.

I liked the guy from the beginning, but we won't go anywhere with a QB who accepts getting his ass beat over and over and doesn't get on his teammates about it.....and then his post game interviews is like a bunch of que cards...show some personality Ryan. You had two games to wrap up a playoff spot, and we scores SEVEN freaking points in two games. I see teams score two TD's within a minute...and we struggle to even get in FG range against two division opponents we should have scouted up and down by now.

Tannehill has all the tools Manziel has if not better. It's not even a debate. Starting all over with another rookie at quarterback would just be plain stupid. Continue the development and hope to god the offense becomes less transparent. Go Go Sherman!

I think the major problems these last 2 games and in order are. OL - Tannehill-philbin-croyle-sherman.

OL- Can't run block and or Pass block,

Tannehill - His most important 8 qtrs of his career to date. With moments like this, these are fair barometers to see if your QB has or is improving. Tannehill played the worst 8 qtrs of his life. His decision making, yes sacks are a problem but many times, like even in todays Jets game he did it twice. completely unaware, scrambles or moves right into the pressure instead of seeing the other side of the line with less or no pressure and side stepping there to buy some time. His accuracy is a major concern, so is his decision making. The biggest dissapointment I think is his pre snap reads and decisions presnap where to go with the ball. His brain and awareness has super failed him there. Yes Sherman calls some plays that get you riled up but we don't really know the depth of that. Some calls are being made at the line of scrimmage base on what T'hill see's and some of his play calls might play a role in this "bad play calling". At the end of the day, he pulling the trigger. His throws the past 2 gms have been in accurate, missing throws, deep or intermediate and overall decision making just like his whole body of work this year....... I'm sorry to all but don't see T'hill as the long term solution. Yes he played a good 2 game stretch but lets not get a BONER over that, look at the full body of work. Yes he threw for 24 Td's but more so because he have become one dimensional and threw ball alot more. The bottom line with Tannehill is you need to be a rocket scientist, your brain needs to be at a higher level than anybodies to be a Franchise QB. Tannehill is not there, won't ever be.

Philbin- despite wins vs Jets, Pitt and NE this team has gone 5 straight weeks with starting off slow/unfocussed/not ready to play. Add the game plans or calls from both your O and D coordinators in the mix and that all comes back to you. I think Philbin has done a horrible job for 8 weeks of the season, A good job for 3 weeks and the remaining 6 weeks very average as a coach.

Croyle - might be worse that Sherman. Can't play to a players strength at all. His scheme seems to be more to strengths of CB's than any other position. His scheme has made this once stout DL look like chumps. He gets way to cute and burns the team often. Like today.... How is Reshad Jones lined up out wide vs a WR? That should never be called, Major disadvantage but on 3rd and 7 for the Jets what was the call, Jones completely lost and it was a 1st down for WR with ease. Continues bad D alignment on 3rd and longs always resulting into 1st downs. Croyle has been the worst coach in charge of a unit on this team

Sherman - this we can all agree, his play calling always comes into question everygame.

I for one took this loss pretty well cause, going through matchups, weather conditions, trends of our team etc, I predicted both games a loss vs. the Bills and Jets.

Im just bothered by his post game interviews after every loss

He hits you with the standard
"We didn't play well", "Didn't see it coming", "I need to play better", "We need to work on that"

Like honestly, he gives you crappy answers and shows no emotion. A franchise QB needs to legit be angry over these losses. Call some guys out, don't blame fate your inability to inspire your brain dead teammates to go out and play some inspired football. Its not all his fault, but you need to show your teammates that they need to prove you wrong or have your back. Im sure Tom Brady would have cusses people out, walked out whining like a little bitch, but it shows people he cares about losing. Tannehill just takes a loss as if it was meant to happen and he couldn't do anything to change it.

dick pepperwood, not even manning wouldve led this team to victory when your team plays as bad as today and vs the bills.

We suck...we just needed a win to make the playoffs and they didnt play like a team that wants to win badly at all vs the bills or today.
