Tannehill and Adjustments- A Closer Look

I do agree the oline may not have been able to get out in front because the Bills defense was doing a decent job holding. Still I have to argue if the line isn't blocking in the first place might as well try to exploit the blitz in other ways than the traditional drop backs we ran all day. I don't think completely abandoning the run game was beneficial either.

At the end of the day yesterday the players got outplayed, so we can speculate as to what plays would have worked but the truth is "nothing" may be the correct answer.

Agreed. This is one of those games where you just have to forget it, and move on. The entire team, top to bottom, had nothing in the tank.

Yeah, there were some but, he badly missed a number of others with normal pressure, and he was waaaay off. He was 10 of 27, with a few drops. I would say there were at least 5-6 other passes when he had a receiver, and missed him by yards, not inches.

He said post game that this was the first time he played in cold, rain, and wind, and it did show.

The whole team played like crap. Hartline had his worst game as a Dolphin IMO. Wallace dropped a pass, Matthews dropped a pass (from Matt Moore) being able to run the ball in those conditions would have been nice...stopping the run in those conditions would have been nice too. The TE also killed us in the passing game.

Sherman went back to the old ways when we sucked. Didnt use his TE's at all.

That is key. If I dont see TE's vs. Jets, were gonna lose IMO. I am not sure why he thinks RT will do it with no TE's to block or outlet from.

I love how when Miami beats New England fans come in here and say the Patriots aren't giving us any credit, yet when the Bills beat the Dolphins those same fans complain about every player and coach on the Dolphins roster but give no credit to the Bills.
