4 elite throws that not many QBs can make. Not brady or manning no way. Not comparing him to them stop dont go there. Im still not endorsing tannehill all the way but i like him and see a huge ceiling. Just because he isnt john elway in year 2 & winning in the 4th qrt every week doesnt mean he wont be good. Btw when was the last time tony romo won a playoff game dude just landed $100 million so lets chill on tannehill for a sec here and let him develop.

1. 53 yard pass to wallace on the run was excellent throw that is a very difficult throw to make on the run he threw the ball to the right side of wallace to the opposite side of the shaded defender. Excellent throw and Aaron Rodgers type west coast packers offense throw btw sherman sucks.

2. Throw to matthews was excellent in between 3 defenders it was an awkward angle for tannnehill to squeeze it in matthews was draped but tannehill between 3 guys lasered it in there. Thats an elite throw.

3. Throw to clay that was reviewed was excellent he escapes the pocket throws across his body to clay who is tippy toe'n the sideline with minimal space idk how tannehill squeezes it in there go watch it on the nfl app good catch by clay too.

4. Hail mary to wallace was just unreal i just posted a thread about it. 68 yard pass while being leveled and the ball is on the money is just incredible. Not many QBs in the history of the game can throw the ball from their own 33 and have it land on the 1 yard line. Im just sayin

Im sorry for the breaking i did that on accident my i phone is screwed up

yeah and he missed plenty of other throws that cost us points and eventually the game. he has no margin for error because this offense is pathetic but you have to make that throw to wallace when we're up 16-13. with that being said the balance on offense is non existent, the oline is pretty bad and the head coach is an absolute moron. i dont know what to think of tannehill.

I hate that the focus has anything to do with Tannehill. While he is far from elite at this point, and he missed some good throws yesterday, the problems with this team are from poor coaching, poor half time adjustments, and poor offensive playcalling.

Mike Sherman and Joe Philbin really blew it yesterday. Those two guys are the sole reason we lost yesterday.

I don't know that they're the sole reason but I agree that the coaching staff has some serious question marks surrounding it right now. I also think that this team's problems run far deeper than the QB, but good luck trying to talk about anything else right now.

That wasn't the point of this post. This response is just pure ignorance..

Disagree with #1. Three of the deep attempts to Wallace were off target (not the last hail mary; that was fine). Two under throws and one overthrow, if I remember correctly. Even though a few of them were completed, they weren't greatly placed balls and I'll side with the play-by-play who said that was "All Mike Wallace". It was frustrating to see because we're this far into the season and these guys can't seem to get in sync. Maybe it will be better next year with more familiarity, but then again maybe it won't. Just speaking from a football perspective, I think Tannehill would rather be throwing to a guy like Brandon Marshall or AJ Green over someone with Mike Wallace's skill-set.

I do think you missed one. I thought that high-arching wheel route he threw to Lamar Miller was pretty sweet.

All in all I'm not too worried about Tannehill. At this point I'm just hoping he makes it through the season healthy.

6-10 then 2-9.....at that point if for nothing else, especially considering the offensive assets with which he had to work, shouldn't Ron Rivera have been fired on the spot for sticking with that loser????

The td was a 53 yard full gallop all momentum carrying him to the sideline throw...once he cleared the de and found space I would have liked to see him gear down set his feet and square his shoulders to the target then I don't think it is underthrown...

But with Wallace off all that move action and he unimpeded in his route and barely ever even has to hiccup to get vertical that's a tough throw for a qb to make out in front in full gallop when all hid momentum Is carrying him to the sideline...

Underthrew another pa vertical for a 55 yard gain where he did set his feet...that one bothered me the most...got to hit that out in front for 6...

Missed another vertical to Wallace where he stepped up in the pocket and improvised and in full forward gallop overthrew Wallace who blew by the safety like he was standing still by 2 yards...I'd like to see him gear down and set his feet on the play but he also has to be wary of what's coming from behind...

There was plays to be made...he will get better with them...but we gonna have some near misses in the process...
