They do have negativity constantly around it, and sometimes it is warranted. Such as the GM search process. But there have been plenty of times when rumors/reports about the team come out that makes them look bad and they get ripped, only later to find out things were overblown or exaggerated. The Dolphins got ripped for "bullygate" and that appears to have been an overblown story(many media members now admit that). The Dolphins got ripped for having security escort Brian Gaine out of the building, then it turns out that a few colleagues had just walked out with him. That story was exaggerated. At some point, there has to be some reasoning behind what he writes. I promise you did not come up with the information 100% off his own personal opinion. Some kind of information somewhere might have been floated that suggested they wanted to put more pressure on Tannehill, whatever the motivation or whoever floated it. I don't think anyone actually thinks he will be replaced, but even the notion of it has to be sparked from somewhere, he didn't just completely make it up from his ass.
And that's my frustration, this franchise just has negativity constantly surrounding it.
That is why it is hard to trust reports/rumors anymore. Especially by a guy like LaCanfora who has such a poor track record and a past of misinterpreting what his "sources" tell him. You know a media member is bad when a guy like Jay Glazer(one of the best in the business) calls him out over his track record.
