his one great game at AZ skews those #s.

2012 #s: 74 recs, 1083 yds, 1 TD
prorated 2013 #s: 77 recs, 958 yds, 3 TDs

It's not all about the #s, they have more options this year so it is natural for his #s to go down but they are up in recs and TDs and down in yds. He's better, your weapons are better.

Good try but we arent prorating anything. We're talking actuals here not forecasts. Anyways, ok so lets go ahead and take away the Arizona game (since you like trying to skew numbers in your favor), but thats the only chance you get kid. So at this point in 2012 less Arizona he has 48 REC for 638 yards. 2013 he has 48 REc for 599 yards. Soooooo, again, whers the upgrade? Why dont you just admit that you lost the arguement and you have no idea what your talking about. Its ok, everyone sees it.

what 2 pro bowlers? your LT and who? none of the skill guys made a PB. Your talent was significantly upgraded, it may not be as good now as it was coming into the season based on injuries(we all have them) but it's still better than last year w/o a doubt.

he's referring to Incognito who went to the PB last year.

Long, Incognito.. 1, 2... (not the either one of them deserved it) See its easy to count sometimes.

Reggie Bush?

not a pro bowler.

so all these skill position guys are playing well but the qb gets no credit according to junc...no credit for running the top td scoring o in the red zone in football or surpassing his 2012 td total passing in 10 games in 2013...

that's fair...for me to poop on

where did I say Ryan sucked? and while he surpassed his TD total, his is already almost at his INT total. You don't think you have more talent around the QB?

Oh we can't prorate but we can discuss through 10 games seeing as though his one HUGE game happened in the first 10 last year.

Didn't Incognito play all year until 2 games ago anyway?

taking out AZ through the first 10 games last year he had: 43 recs, 554 yds, 0 TDs

keep trying.

there's only a few 2nd year starting qbs in the league who haven't regressed and tannehills one of em...rg3 regressed kaepernick same

if either of those chumps are ranked ahead of tannehill come the new qb rankings after the season somethings wrong...i better not see any weeden or christian ponder anywhere near him either...or geno sorry *** smith who's horrid

Sometimes pro rating actually speaks volumes:

Approx 1.5 games in the 09 charade where the Colts starters actually played vs the jest: 45-27. That would pro-rate out to 60-36 over 2 full games and eliminate any doubt that the 7-7 team was at best, yes at best an 8-8 team if Polian didn't consider game 15 as "meaningless" When it comes to actually earning postseason play criteria, that's pretty damn decisive.. or does pro-rating only work when it suits certain homers?

Kap is a 3rd year QB and played half a year for a loaded team. I was never sold on him, RG III probably shouldn't have ben playing this year. he was rushed back after major injury.

Ryan is playing slightly better than last year w/ much more talent. I wouldn't even say he has been better if you adjust for expectations. of course he should be better than his rookie year but the dolphins expected to be better than 5-5 at this point and which game was Ryan THE reason they won? not Cle, not Indy, not Cincy, not SD- maybe Atl?

i think more importantly the question should be how many games did we lose because of the qb...and other than the saints monday nighter where his turnovers set a bad tone not another loss is directly responsible to the qb...i know you want to say buffalo but sorry the qb gave us the lead back with 3 tds after a poor first quarter...

if there's any loss that's been on the qb for us it's only one of em... now do the same with the jets and geno

and i know what kaep is...thank you...a 2nd year starter

Has reached his TDs, but not his INT total from last year....that is not improvement to you? Sanchez who NEVER had the type of year Tannehill is having was a top QB though..right?

NO for sure, he didn't even compete
Bal- D scored a TD to tie it late, got the ball back tied late and failed to get into FG range. after Bal kicked a FG got ball back w/ plenty of time, failed to get into makeable FG range.
Buf- threw INT for TD, threw one of worst passes of the year for another RZ INT, fumbled late w/ lead setting up Buf for GW FG then to top it off gets KR to near midfield and doesn't gain a yard in 4 plays.
NE- total team meltdown in 2nd half
TB- had 2 possessions to get into FG range to tie it in the 4th, failed both times

sorry, All Pro RB and Pro Bowl LT

He's never been all pro either

mark Sanchez in 2010 was MILES ahead of where Tannehill is this year and he was better in 2011 for most of the year- until the final few games. we'll see what Ryan's final few games look like soon enough.

2008

let me put it this way: do you consider Miller for Bush and Martin for Long upgrades?

he wasn't all pro in 2008. he made the Sporting news AP team as a punt returner. The AP is what is recognized as being an all pro and we are discussing him as a RB anyway.

I saw people saying how bad Bush was for you and how you were going to be better this year w/ Miller. Reggie was underutilized in Miami, he's better as a pass catcher which is more where you miss him.

On the surface Long for martin is a big downgrade but Long wasn't as good in recent years as he was earlier. Your OL definitely downgraded losing him, this was more about the weapons around the QB.

so, do you consider Miller an upgrade?

Incompetent by helping his team make 2 title games?

Incompetent by holding them back from 2 SB appearances. Incompetent enough to get benched.

I told you so. Admit it, I was right about Sanchez. It won't hurt, admit it. It will be cathartic. Admit it. I told you so.

Happy Butt Fumble Day!
