Taylor says Carey will be good.

Shoot I did not think he looked that bad when he played last year. The one or two games when St Clair was hurt...

Maybe Spielman and company were accurate as far as recognizing "Who" had talent....just not where to fit it.

Maybe AJ should be a backup safety... .... Ummm, naw that limp hip shuffle grab-arse thing wouldn't work at safety. Nevermind.

Our o-line will be our strengh in a year or two, as long as we solve the center puzzle. Those of you who want Hadnot at center, I think there's a reason Houck has not put him at center yet. He sees that Hadnot would be a better RG then C, just my opinion

just like Mckinney was a better RG than center.

What I like the most is Taylor doing the coaching of VC (and that VC has been a willing pupil). Hauk or not, who better?

While JT is helping, hes not coaching him like a coach would. To say that he is more helpful than houck is insane. He doesnt know all the fundamentals but he does know how to beat a LT and by knowing that he can tell carey what not to do when a DE does a certain move.

How encouraging is it to see a defensive player bonding and sharing wisdom with an offensive player. I think we're in for a lot less finger-pointing and a lot more unity this year. It gets more exciting daily. This is like the reverse of last year's avalanche of awful TC news.

We STILL should've drafted Julius Jones. Ricky or not, I said it then, I say it now..

when was he drafted? wasn't it the 2nd round? Could we have gotten him then?

Hey DD28, I'm liking the acquisition of Schulters as much as the next fin fan, but damn...that signature just freaks me out.

I was reading the posts and scrolling down, and that was one of those stop-and-take-another-look moments. I had to scroll back up to make sure I was reading it correctly. Then I laughed. It's weird and funny.

Please tell me you guys have heard the Lance Cracker commercials with that funny slogan.

Here's the original:

You've got a point. Houck knows 50 million x more than any of our guessing.

Another R.Speilmen product....how long before we give the guy credit for bringing players here that can be solid players for us?? The guy got the shaft, he was a rookie GM last year and made some mistakes. But overall, we got the better end of the deal.

Bua
Poole
Hadnot
Booker
Gordon
Welker
Carey

Not denying those are good players. But again, look what he gave up to get those players.

Once again, good talent evaluator, Horrible manager.

True. But I'm starting to hate Rick less and less.
