Teammates Bullied Martin

He'll get over it.

Or he won't.

Either way, he's weak minded and needs to find somthing else to do in life.

You read the comments after that? They're talking about how bad it is to tease yet they're starting internet fights themselves and talking down to each other. This has gone way overboard, now the league has stepped in to investigate. Wow.

Can you imagine this guy going through a Manti Teo type of fiasco? He'd probably commit suicide. I don't mean any evil by it, but damn, grow some man.

I need to hear some more info but...that's a pretty mild incident to absolutely snap over. I think a better course of action would have been to talk to the staff rather than, you know, quit the team two days before a game.

Whole situation is bizarre and I don't know what to believe.

I don't think he's any big loss to the football team.

Alright. I had to eat. I had nothing so I settled for Progresso Italian style meatball soup.

Another wasted second round pick.

He's not mentally or physically tough.

Find a job w. no adversity.

In another thread I related that my co workers and I had done that exact same stunt to a
shift supervisor. *Shrugs* We are complete ****heads to one another at the prison. Very
rarely does anyone bitch about it. Most HR reps would have a ****ing corinary or stroke out
during our pre shift briefings.

He probably felt like he couldn't, and that it would be interpreted as weakness.....Which is what it was, and which it would have been.

the profile pic they showed during the game he had a big smile and looked like a good kid. its bull **** they pushed him to this point, they are supposed to be a team

When I played football we regularly peered out individuals that could not
fit in with the team for whatever reason.

Much the same thing happens at the prison.

you know what I find pathetic regardless of whatever all of you think? Is this is an nfl team acting like a bunch of ******* singling out one player or even if one player is overreacting...WHY DO IT? Act like your a ******* family and encourage and help each other to be the best team you can be. Singling out one guy cuz he might not be the best is pathetic IMO. Be the stronger individual and offer support to the guy.

You do it because he's a problem.

I my line of work, we do it because having a weak link could mean somone's life.
To include that person. I'm not saying it was right or wrong in this particular case,
I'm just saying I understand, and have participated in a like process.

I think it's messed up. It was not just this one thing. This has been going on since he became a Dolphin and he finally popped. Very sad. On a positive note we did not appear to miss him much on the field. Hope he gets his mind right
