Teams Rarely Draft QBs in the 1st Round?

bottom line for me on this thread is that teams might not pick a QB in the first round very often, but the data shows they should.
If the success rate is 50% in the first round, how is it in rounds 2-7?
Joe Montana and Tom Brady come along once in a generation. Guys like Tony Romo and Kurt Warner are pretty rare too, but their success only says you should get one high and another low round project.
Further, with the importance of the position in today's game and the cap-friendly rookie contracts, its makes more sense to go round one than ever.
