Peterson is up there in age and I think he's pretty much burned out when it comes running the day to day operations of a team.
 
Don't forget that Peterson is doing his fan experience stadium gizmos, and Ross is using them in his stadium. Maybe there's a back and forth here going on.
 
Peterson has a good gig right now. he gets to bend Ross's ear and is probably getting compensated for it, but he doesn't actually have to put in the work.
 
After reading more on Farmer, I'm hoping we grab this guy. He is growing on me more and more as I read about him.
