The Dolphin Backup Qb situation.

Heicke? He looked worse that Sky and White combined. Were you out getting beers with Cullin and missed it? 😆
No way in hell is Heinicke worse. He is better than both combined. You can't base it on that one preseason game. Look at his 2021 and 2022 seasons with Washington. That's much better than White has done, and well, Skylar, it's not worth mentioning.

Brother I am just putting out there who is available and has starter experience. You can roll with who we have or look at possibilities now as they will have to come in and learn the playbook. :ffic:
Taylor Heinicke was a reasonable suggestion. He's a lot like Ryan Fitzpatrick, so maybe not ideal for our offense, but he has produced much better seasons than White has.

If Mike White doesnt play better than Skylar for the remainder of the preseason then I would release him and save $3.5M.

Then I would scour the waiver wire for a QB that might be a better fit for our system and see if we can pick them up.
Nick Mullens knows the system from SF and fits the system. Vikings probably keep McCarthy and Darnold.

Check with Central City, Colorado.

When I was there, they took credit for inventing the Stetson and the Modern Spring Mattress.

That was back when they were the "richest square mile on earth".

The Metropolitan Opera Company was still doing their summer operas in Central City.
You know what Reagan said, Ray.

Trust but verify...... I can't verify here.

PS: what does their opera Co. have to do with Stetson, the hat or the player?

Interesting to see the Texans backup QB situation.....worth a look who doesn't make the team.

I wouldn't mind it. He's still better than both back up qbs on the roster
I think anyone who disagrees with this is nuts

Tannehill isn’t what he was like 7 years ago but he is for sure still more accurate than these chumps

The Browns backup QB situation is another one to pay atention to.

Somebody is going to be the odd man out between Dorian Thompson Robinson, Tyler Huntley and Jameis Winston.

DTR is the most likely of them to be released and he had a decent game the other night, 14-18, 134 yards and a 97.7 QBR.
