I listened to the whole Gibbs presentation before...he is very hard to listen to...it is like listening to Sparano. The Florida staff he was teaching kept having to ask the same questions over and over because Gibbs just tends to deflect the question or goes off into some type of incoherent babble.

For what it's worth, Bill Lazor was trained in the West Coast offense and runs some of the same inside/outside zone concepts that Kubiak does. I can't speak to the frequency of his use of the bootleg, but the part of the article dealing with the outside zone is still relevant to this hire.
