I wonder how the Broncos are going to deal with the 90 plus game time temp. on Sunday? Part of the Dolphins game plan will be to keep it close untill the 4th qtr. and then wear the Broncos down with the running game. The Broncos better hope for an over cast day, cool weather or rain. We have a huge advantage if it's really hot on Sunday.

There is a tropical storm not too far to the east which could be causing some problems..........

Here in Colorado, it's been in the high 90's. I don't think the heat will affect them too much.

Not the heat, the humidity. Trust me when I say that 90 degree weather in Colorado where the Broncos practice and 90 degree weather in south florida are as different as night and day. You really can't imagine unless you've experienced them. Up in the altitudes 90 degree weather you are breathing hot air. Down in South Florida at sea level in the 90 degree weather it feels like you're breathing a hot wet blanket into your lungs.

Yes, but miami has humidity alot worse then in colorado. That's what is gonna wear them down. Actually South Florida has the worst humidity in the united states.

not a place in CONUS I would trade it for. :D Today John Clayton did a schpeel about how Jacksonville was making the away team wear dark colors, for the "heat factor" He was acting like it was a new discovery... go figure.

How quickly everyone forgets that before we sucked last year we hadn't lost at home in September since 1994 against the Jets. Well before the home opener against Houston in 2003 against is the correct date. We should still have a huge advantage. So if Saban turns us around to 8-8 or better we need to win against Denver and Carolina at home this month. Won't take long to find out how good we are, if we lose these two September home games, it doesn't speak well for the rest of the season.

You can't even compare. The humidity down here makes it feel like 10 degrees hotter than it is.

Ya it gets hot here in Colorado, but cause of our altitude we have very low humidity. (and i love it!) But players have a hard time adjusting to the high altitude here.

I highly doubt this will play any large factor. These are professional athletes we are talking about with professional coaches. THey will be hydrated and in shape. I remember two years ago we played the second week in Jax and the big "thing" was going to be our dark blue uniforms in the humidity and heat. I think the score ended up being 44-10? SO it played no factor.

We shall see though.

That they do. I don't think anyone would argue that case. Unfortunately for you the game is down south in the humidity, so the thread still stands. ;)

By the way I agree with your screen name 100%. If I had to pick a QB for my team... it would indeed be MarinoNotElway. :goof:

The game is not in Denver, the heat is different down here. If it's close in the 4th the Broncos are in trouble. Your guys will be cramping if it's a hot day.
