this thread is just amazing for broncos fans. its showing me how you fins fans are as desperate to hope the weather will win you the game b/c you know you dont the talent to do it on your own you guys are forgetting these are pro athletes with the most advanced technology around to make sure the weather doesnt play a roll in the game and im pretty sure theres supposed to be over cast and it might rain may even storm a lil bit
i predict that plummer will need crutches before 1st quarter finishes.

Noone is desperate for the weather to help.. it's just a fact that the heat is gonna where them down. If you don't like it then don't post. But those are the facts. Have a nice day.:D

I highly doubt this will play any large factor. These are professional athletes we are talking about with professional coaches. THey will be hydrated and in shape. I remember two years ago we played the second week in Jax and the big "thing" was going to be our dark blue uniforms in the humidity and heat. I think the score ended up being 44-10? SO it played no factor.

We shall see though.

Heat does matter wether they are professionals or not. Practicing in 90degrees all summer with 95% humidity allows you to become acustomed to it. an occasional 90degrees without any humidity is a walk in the park weather.

i didnt say i didnt like it but do any of you honestly think that the dolphins have a real chance of coming away with a win here??

ok you guys say all you have to do is stuff the run

do you honestly think you can stuff the broncos run game you have a worse defense than you did last season and tatum bell ran over you guys like you werent there ... mike anderson will pound you guys out and then bell will run circles around you

and oh yeah whos goin to cover rod smith and ashley lelie ???

and who on your offense is goin to do anything special our first team defense shut down the patriots first team offense when they had all their starters and champ bailey and courtney brown were sitting on the sidelines and both are ready to play on sunday

its nice to have faith in your team and hopes always good to have but dont be that naive thats just sad

Really?
With addition like DTs, Vonnie Holiday, and Keith Traylor often injured, not real bright when it comes to learning new programs.
Jeff Zgonina has nothing left

Safetys, Tubucky Jones, and Lance Schulters-both past their prime and never all that great to start with.

Junior Seau was great I repeat WAS. He has a lot of problems trying to stay on the field any more. So to say you improved you D is a bit hard to swallow. But that isn't saying your D wont be solid. Just your depth is not very good any more.

Here in Colorado, it's been in the high 90's. I don't think the heat will affect them too much.

Different kind of heat....they'll feel it!:D

ok your d has no one at d-back that will be any help them that makes them one deminsional meaning if they cant protect the pass then play action all day you have to take the bait with broncos run game and then wam plummer hits lelie last seasons biggest deep threat with a huge pass takin them 50 yards down the field

im saying the broncos have a very very VERY strong chance to win one that completely over shadows the fins

You don't know much about the NFL with a statement like that, or about football for that matter. All your supposed studs will melt away in the 4th qtr. Sunday... :fire: If it's a hot and humid... We have a weather advantage, which is what this thread is about.

Been in both climates and believe me the weather in Florida will definitely wear them down. The humidity is a killer and you feel like it is a struggle to do anything. I hope it is hot and extremely humid.

Its going to be a close game. But lets not blow the heat out of proportions. I mean its not like the Heat is your best weapon....or is it

No it's not our best weapon. But it could be a big factor, just like the fact that you have a year round advantage playing in Denver. It's reality, the majority of your players have no idea what it's like playing in the humidity of South Florida.

Now that's funny. We have a lot of veterans on our team who have played in September in Miami before. DJ Williams played at Miami. Marco Coleman played for your team! A ton more are from near or around there, which means they grew up in it. I think the moisture will be tough, but don't expect Denver to look shocked that its hot and humid.
