The Heat Will Wear The Broncos Down.

It might rain on Sunday :D

I hope not. I was just watching the weather channel and they said the tropical storm in north florida could turn around and hit florida again further south.

Why is it 10 people had to explain the same but its humid in Miami and dry in Colorado. Isnt 1 enough?

If anyone wants to personally see the Broncos fall apart I have 4 tickets to this weekends game and I can no longer make it.

Please email me if you know anyone who'd like the tickets

First off most of you don't seem to know what you are talking about.

Dry heat will dehidrate you faster than Humid heat -- fact
Dry heat in the 90s in high elevations is harder on a body than humid heat in low elevations-fact Its the O2 levels that impact it.
Humid air will hold more O2 than Dry high altitude air-Fact

South Florida feels much hotter than Denver most any time -Fact

So it could well be a a shock to the Broncos as they get off the plane.
By game time it will have little impact.

I am not really a scientist but I did sleep at a Holliday inn last night! LOL just kidding!

free tickets?

Not the heat, the humidity. Trust me when I say that 90 degree weather in Colorado where the Broncos practice and 90 degree weather in south florida are as different as night and day. You really can't imagine unless you've experienced them. Up in the altitudes 90 degree weather you are breathing hot air. Down in South Florida at sea level in the 90 degree weather it feels like you're breathing a hot wet blanket into your lungs.

and to add to CK's comments, this high humidity keeps players body from cooling off, it kind of stops your body form sweating normally, causing cramps, loss of skills, and effenciency, etc...

In hot and humid enviroment, the cooling of the body due to sweat evaporation is limited by the capacity of the ambient air to accept additional moisture. This enviroment level is believed to be at above 60% Humidity...

It is expected to be around 80% humidity on Saturday, with temps in the mid 90's...

You can't even compare. The humidity down here makes it feel like 10 degrees hotter than it is.

Actually I believe this summer has set a record for Florida on the heat indiex. Having lived here(Orlando) for many, many years, this year was the worst and thats not even mentioning last fall's hurricanes. Just hope that Ophelia is too far north to affect Miami.
