The Keep Bua Bandwagon All Aboard!!!

Damn, this is a tough bandwagon to jump on....although I do really like Bua's ability to hit, I must admit he sucks at coverage....From what I've seen this pre-season, he's been beat alot....He's one of the hardest hitters on our team and I don't think you need to cover on Special Teams....if anything, wait for him to be one of the last ones cut
 
the guy can play special teams, good backup, he's like the team inforcer kind of like hockey, he will play his heart out and is greatful to be playing on this team unlike so many others.
 
IF Brendan couldnt make this football team and Corey Jenkins is likely gone also, guys who are much better teams players than Tony, why would he make the team? The core group of teams players on this team are Sammy Morris, Travis Minor, Brian Gilmore, and Jason Glenn. That is really the total amt of guys you can keep primarily for teams(obviously not including LS, K, P).

As said, not being a butt, but what has he done besides the hit last year? Has he improved? Does he have heart, yes, a lot of people do. But as president of this bandwagon, what have you SEEN that he should stay?

well that's the problem, i'm more on the undecided part....I think what it really comes down to is that he isn't as good a safety as I thought he would be....he should've stayed at LB

Why assume that Ayanbedejo (sp?) couldn't make the team? He was traded for a TE and conditional pick. That isn't the same thing.

no he's not. He sucks in coverage. He probably is by far our slowest safety. He has struggled with the change all offseason, even the coaches have said so.

He blindsided a guy, jesus, I could do that. You are making Tony Bua sound good, he's just not. This is just another Fred Russel, and in the end, I hope he's cut, because we have more deserving safeties.
