Yes but lets be real , he's not ripped or anything. In fact he's not even in single digits for fat percentage. I was just teasing with the fat boy coment but he could stand to lose at least 25lbs and still be dominate and last a little while longer in this league imo.

He was at his "perfect" weight last year (325) and he said that he felt weak at the end of the year....so he put on 15 pounds muscle and showed up at 341 to camp this year....

The Heat has a body fat clause in his contract and they measured his body fat from last year to this year's....and it was identical.

You realize how fat and out of shape Shaq is when Rip Hamilton and the rest of the Pistons are running circles around him on the court!

yeah rip is very scary i hope it won't be like when the marlins ran all over the old over paid yanks during the world series

Man, D-Wade barely misses another triple-double.

Wade's best performance of the season. It's a shame it seems like he always comes up 1 stat short of a triple double.

Well, we lost today, I didn't get to see the game so I can't say a lot about it. Oh well.

Someone eventually had to lose to the Raptors. I'm just glad it was you guys because if it wasn't, good chance it would have been the Knicks LMAO!

hey Sec 126: Still think the heat w/o Shaq would bea top 3 team in the East?
