Why didn't I pipe in? For reason I explained last tim, it's easy to continue to do well in the short term w/ a great player but over the long run it ctaches up to you. I guess Miami w/o Shaq is the 3rd bst team in the east the way Miami will beat Detroit in 5 games

Look at the Heat team of three years ago that finished 42-40 and lost in the second round in 6 games to the Pacers....That team wasn't half as talented as this team is without Shaq and that team had the best record in the NBA for the last 30 games.

Sorry....they just are.

jealous? yes I am very jealous of a franchise that has never even made a Finals appearance. the team of '04 was not as talented on paper as this group(by the way they also weren't top 3 in the East) but they played better together and were a better TEAM.

You didn't see the Toronto game so you shouldn't comment on it.

So what about the first 50 games, they don't count? You were not cloe to the top 3, the Nets gave the Pistons their toughest test on the way to the Fianls losing in 7 games and Indiani beat you in 6 so Indiana was the 3rd best team in the east w/o a doubt.

I said that the heat was capable of beating the Pistons in 5....but that most likely...they would beat them in six.

Actually it was justice, Wade was getting away w/ murder and he got hurt on a play they should have called a foul on him but they did not. Call it an act of God but Shaq is always hurt and I don't think wade can hold up aginst the more physical teams like Detroit and Indiana.

What are you talking about? he was hurt in game 5 on a play where he should have been called for a foul but he was getting away w/ everything that series so it was justice. Not that I wanted to see anyone get hurt but it was ironic he was getting away w/ another foul when he was hurt.
