and the pacers took the Nets to 6 also...and beat them on their home floor....WITHOUT their second best player (PEJA) playing all the games.

Like I said...we can play this game all day.

The Bulls ranked 13th in points per game, scoring 97.8.
The Nets ranked 24th, averaging 93.8.

The Bulls ranked 22nd in FG%, shooting 44.59%.
The Nets ranked 27th, shooting 43.98%.

The Bulls ranked 5th in 3 point FG% at 37.9%.
The Nets ranked 28th in 3 point FG% at 33.0%.

The Bulls ranked 1st in defensive FG%, allowing 42.56%.
The Nets ranked ranked 7th, allowing 43.88%.

Doesnt matter man when those big 3 are playing well thats teams very hard to beat and you know it

What are you laughing about? the nets do have a better starting 5. Vince and Jefferson have the ability to put up 40 + on any night. The Heat only have only player that has that ability and that's wade. Yeah i know ur going to say shaq but truth is he's not gonna put up huge numbers like he did when he was younger esp if he keeps up his foul trouble. Collins is also a very good flopper. He's always held shaq ( yes shaq going to get his points and rebounds like he useaully does cuz truthfully there's no one in the league that goin to completetly shut him down but what i mean is he hasn't really had hugeeee games). The Nets DO have a better starting five maybe not by much but they do. The Heat have a way better bench then the nets do and that's what it's going to come down to whether or not your bench shows up and also whether wade and the rest of the heat can stay healthy.

If jefferson is a threat to put up 40, you can't say Shaq isn't. Jefferson has 1 40 point game all season and he put up exactly 40 points.
 
The only players Miami has to fear in the half court offense are Vince and Kristic. Keep them from running the fast break and force those two to take jumpers....game is over. The Nets are a lousy offensive team when they are forced to slow it down and play half court ball. Hopefully a steady dose of Shaq will help keep the pace down.

Nope totally different Jefferson has the ablitily to put up 40 any night. He has superstar talent but has choosen to take the part of being a role player because that's what's bests for the team. Jefferson takes the back seat because Vince is the scorer of the team but that doesn't mean that Jefferson can't and wouldn't if something were to happen to vince or he's not shotting well. Yes shaq does have the ability maybe not 40 + but he can score but most likely he won't because of his age and foul trouble. (don't get me wrong he can still score and rebound but he's not the player he once was and collins is a very good flopper)

i dont agree, he is not a superstar scorer. He has the ability to put up 30, but 40? hes not a 3 point shooter, Most of his points come from dunks, which will be hard to do with shaq and zo under the rim.
 
Putting up 30 would make him a superstar scorer....I was just saying that he has the ability to score on will. As for being a 3 point shooter he shoots .329 which is pretty good. It's double wade's percentage and aren't dunks/going to basket pretty much wade's game too? They both shoot 49% from the field.

Wade doesn't shoot 3's...most of his misses come from 80 feet at the buzzer at the end of periods.

Toine's 3 pt. percentage is better than jefferson's.

Your statements about SHAQ show how ignorant you are about the Heat.

When Wade, SHAQ and any other guy on our team is playing well..we are impossible to beat as well.

Like I said..we can play this game all day.
 
I would like to see an internet message board argument go one day without somebody relying ENTIRELY on stats. Stats are GREAT to use in arguments as ADDITIONAL information, they shouldn't be the entire crux of the argument!
