That dude was just a troll. On more than one occasion he drew conclusions that were not only unsupported by his data, but actually contrary to it. I'm pretty sure that was intentional. Though I'll admit it was funny to see people pick up on it and act like the dude was some kind of football savant, even after those who actually did the statistical analysis he lifted for his posts came in and bashed him for being a clueless nincompoop.

I think junc is actually earnest about what he posts. The fact that he's considered delusional on Gang Green for saying some of the same weird things leads me to believe that he simply marches to the beat of a different drummer. A drummer who thinks Mark buttfumble is a good quarterback.

well maybe you are right but i can tell you that anyone who watched us all season in 2013 and didn't think the oline was the main reason why this team didn't do more ie wins and playoffs etc when you look at it from a complete season aspect and not just a final game against the jets one shouldn't pimp themselves when it comes to their knowledge of the game

anyways...i got football again now so life is good...can't wait to see this new offense scheme and sets wise

by the way i forgot to mention this but i saw a skin colored wrap around tannehills throwing hand last year in one home game when the camera came in a bit on some video cuts the opposing fans i could see on the side looked like it was green they were wearing like the jets...can anyone confirm if he had a wrap around his upper thumb and hand with his fingers exposed in that game cause not to make excuses but if so that could effect accuracy and grip...like he had a sprained thumb on his throwing hand...sure looked like it was week 17 against the jets to me...if you look at the dolphins year in review thing nfl network did you will see it flash for a second when he's about to take a shotgun snap but they kinda blurred out the fans in the background somewhat...

scary how he doesn't have a lot of success attacking the middle of the field. hopefully Jarvis landry helps remedy that.

I started notincing this trend later in the season. I kept hoping that the emergance of Clay would help there but it never really did. Agreed on Jarvis. Hopefully he's just the medicine Tanny needs for middle of the field success.

jarvis lsu tape down the seam is murder...so i'd expect that to be a consistent connection...his route running on double moves is nasty good...sets up dbs damn well...i just love that kids lsu tape

if we can protect long enough to let those develop i have no doubts tannehill will throw ropes right to him...i don't think people understand how crafty that kid is...

well there she blows...but what i saw in game was a bigger wrap than that and unless i saw it wrong it was skin colored...i guess he could have asked them to put something larger on after warm ups...or at the half if it was bothering him...

Also, I need to go watch more vids of his LSU games. I've seen a few highlite reels and those have me excited but I think it's time I put in some real work and dig a little deeper.

The OL was good the 2nd half, good enough. you went 4-4 the first half of the year w/ the OL playing poorly, you went 4-4 the 2nd half when the O was good enough. The bottom line is he had an opportunity to get Miami to postseason and he failed.

Pretty sure he hurt his hand during the Colts game when he smashed it on a helmet on his follow through.

just about all of landrys 2012 tape is like eye popping good for a first year starting wr but if you want to see him work down the seam in 2013 watch the georgia game tape...he crushed them down the seam into the middle of the field...

got on top of lbs turned located the qb and the ball and presented a target and plucked the ball out of the air and split converging safeties etc...i havent seen many guys run a better vertical in cutter either as far as the way he sells to the outside with his head stacks the db on his hip and separates quickly in the cut...

we are in for a treat fellas...provided we dont get him hurt trying to make him return punts...not a fan of that myself

oh yeah he got his ass kicked...im sure he hurt all over...i don't know how he started 16 games frankly...some of those hits are the kind that can shorten shelf life
