If you don't think this team has made awful personnel decisions then I don't even know what to say. The Bills simply ran the ball down our ****ing throats all day because our linebackers are terrible.

So in your eyes the biggest problem yesterday was not our ineptitude on Offense. But, with a Defense that was put in bad situations the entire game and still only yielded 10 points through 3 quarters?

Here is the thing remember all the complaining about Burnett and Dansby and the lack of turnovers we had last year? Ireland goes out and changes it with Wheeler and Ellerbe, now they havent been great especially Wheeler but i remember how AWFUL we were the last couple of years with both of them defending TE last year.

Now we were absolutely awful against the TE and sacrificed that for the run D. I think the main culprit is the fact that Soliai and Starks have not really played well this year and it puts more pressure on the LB's to make plays.

Now this doesn't excuse the crappy tackling that is on display but it is a TEAM effort from front to back.

Blaming Ireland does absolutely nothing, I didn't see everyone blaming him when we were winning so...why now?
 
What kind of dumbass argument is that? Burnett stunk, but Dansby played OK last year. I am not a Dansby fan and I'm honestly glad we let that fat loudmouth go, but the fact is that we replaced those guys by overpaying a couple of guys who are actually worse overall. If you want to run a couple of overpaid loudmouth bums out of town, that's great. But don't tie up a ton of money in a couple of overpaid bums who keep their mouths shut.

Because fans wanted Burnett and Dansby run out of town, it's okay for him to overpay a couple of guys who are terrible? What?

No. The biggest problem was the fact that we can't run the ball or pass protect. Guess who assembled the guys who can't run block or pass protect? You got it.

And I can accept this. But, folks need to realize when we can go toe to toe with some of the better teams in the AFC. IMO, thats proof that we have at least a decent amount of talent on the roster.Further, for all the Ireland bashing. Please name all the teams in the NFL that I'm assuming you and others hold as being better equipped than the Dolphins. What's the record? What's their personnel now lets compare them to us.

Finally, when we get blown out like we did yesterday. Sometime you just gotta sit back and say, "I may not be an Ireland fan, But this lost has a lot more to do with Coaching than the moves the GM has or has not made.
 
The idea that Joe and his staff cannot block the same, repeated blitz is beyond me. Terrible game day coach.

I started laughing when the blitzing DB kept walking up untouched. Almost Pop Warner like. Peyton Manning would've drawn that dude offsides so many times.

While I agree that out LB core leaves a lot to be desired, we were only down 10 points at the half with our offense basically taking a quick brake from their hot coco to put three plays in and hurry and get back to warming up on the sideline. Out D did way more than enough to keep us in the game yesterday.

It looked damn near like the same Blitzing scheme the Patriots used against us in the 2nd half of the 1st game.
 
Just when you thought this team was getting on a roll this meltdown happens. I honestly thought we would be very lucky to go to Buffalo this time of year and get a win but 100 some yds of offense????? We were exposed again on the OL by a seemingly inferior team. How in the world did we beat the Patsies last week?? I wish I had a better answer too, and I severely doubt Philbin wants to hear what we have to say about this massacre.
