i was thinking that marino left a big void for a superstar player in south florida(nfl). WE have no real superstars. sure jt and zack are great but i'm talking payton manning kind of star quality.

Well there were quite a few people on here that felt like drafting a Qb with an early draft pick (not #2, no one but Smith was worth that) was a good idea....ofcourse no one is manning up to that now. I for one am man enough to admit that I felt we should have drafted a Qb.

I don't know about "no one is manning up to that now". There were several people who wanted a QB early and I bet if you asked that now just as many would still say that. The only way those opinions would change is if AJ sets the world on fire.
