Worst game on that schedule is easily Denver @ Denver. Detroit game is VERY likely to be on Thanksgiving from what I've seen speculated.

I don't think that schedule is particularly bad. San Diego and Oakland being scheduled the way they are is a lucky break for us, since we get San Diego at our place (probably 1pm start) and then we get Oakland in London where we will have more of a HFA, really.

I think we are looking at another 8-8 type of season but if the team makes real improvement on offense and doesn't regress too badly on defense, it's possible we could win more games. I thought we had a tough schedule this season, to be honest.

if they can take this oline from an eye sore to solid at least this team can get in a 7 team afc playoff...if not then we won't...pretty simple...that and banishing philip wheeler for a just solid replacement...

and i hope this new oc attacks the opposition with tempo

There is zero excuse for Ireland and Philbin to still have a job. We FINALLY have a Franchise Quarterback but unfortunately that will be squandered until we can get a real HC and GM. :crazy::crazy:

The same amount of years we have been playing bad QBs. Coincidence?

i must correct you...we have a top level franchise qb in the making
 
I cannot name 10 quarterbacks I would rather have than Ryan Tannehill. He's been in the Sherman system for like 6 years.. Wait till he has decent Pass Pro/ Play Calling/ Running game. I think some forget we ran for less than 25 yards like 5 times... wth... I think the rushing total was 2 the game I was at vs Tampa... never seen a more 1 dimensional offense. Also Defensive Lineman knowing run/pass based off of cadence kills any chance your OL has in pass pro or in the run game. Listen Ireland haters if you will make a negative post about him then also say his positives. He brought us Wake, Grimes, Tannehill, Clay, Vernon, Reshad Jones, Gibson, Pouncey and more. So please just stop it. You can make anyone look VERY bad when all you do is name the negatives.

Sad to say but you are correct. When I was growing up we were the winningest franchise in all of sports. They used to show that stat at every home game. A whole generation of dolphans doesn't even remember how great we were.

When Jim Bates took over and we went 4-12, that's when it started getting really bad. 2004. Ewww, our tenth anniversary is coming.
