This Organization Is A Joke

It killed me when I read they felt Zimmer was too "blunt" aka a guy who states exactly how he feels and lets you know where you stand in his eyes, is straight forward and to the point, dosent bull**** you, and most people think that makes him a prick.

So lets see..... Zimmer shares that quality with guys like Jimmy Johnson, Bill Belichick, Nick Saban, JCane, and myself. What do those guys have in common..... Oh thats right... massive SUCCESS. Yea, I could see how these morons(Ross, Ireland) could see that as a problem. :rolleyes2:

It comes down to chemistry. If Zimmer was too blunt, then there are likely philosophical differences. BTW, Zimmer hasn't been hired anywhere else has he? Belicheck might be a moron with the media, but I guarantee you, he and Robert Kraft have a business chemistry that works. This isn't Lego where you can practically take any piece and add it to what ever it is you're building.

Just curious, but when you sat in on the interview with McCoy, Ireland, and Ross, what was it that turned you off from him?

I agree. I don't understand this at all. I hope he proves us wrong but I have a feeling that in three years were doing this same song and dance all over

Personal if this fails the Ierland and McCoy are both out the door I'll enjoy that. We have a really easy schedule but who knows. I want them to fail and get a real head coach and GM next year.

Zimmers been a DC for nearly 2 decades. Theres a reason why he still is a DC.

Like I said before about Zimmer, when I think of "blunt, too honest" DCs, I think of Buddy and Rex. It's possible to be open and honest and still have some good sense, social graces, and the capacity to be diplomatic about stuff.

I think this is the year we do get the QB we need. Call me crazy, but I feel real good things for us this year man.

What makes McCoy qualified to be a head coach in this league? His offenses pretty much stunk. There were more qualified candidates out there like Zimmer and other guys they didn't even interview. Its like when they didn't get Fisher, they went to the bottom of the barrel for McCoy. Of course Ireland wants this loser because McCoy will be his puppet. Ireland didn't want a qualified candidate because he was afraid he wouldn't be able to control that person the same way. Ross is a joke too. This team will continue to flounder until Ross sells the team. It all starts at the top and when it comes to ownership, the Dolphins are at the bottom.

All phrases by fans that really have no clue who or what McCoy is about. A lot of negative knee jerk reactions because they don't see his name a lot on ESPN. Do some research for yourself, listen to the guy speak, etc. There is a reason why he got this interview and appears to be the front runner for the job. Take some time to find out that reason for yourself instead of listening to other fans who don't really know anything about him and are just bashing him because of little things like he worked for Dan Henning in Carolina or that he couldn't turn Tebow into the next Tom Brady.

...and we have a winner! Apparently, this makes to much sense for some people. :D They'd rather say we're "doomed" for "middle of the road football" with McCoy for the next 10 years before giving the chance to prove himself.

A franchise QB will make any coach look good. In the end the potential of any coach won't matter until this franchise gets a franchise QB. Great QB>Great coach imo.
