I've been a Dolphins fan since the mid 70's and have decided to throw in the towel for the first time
after all those years. You ask, what am I saying? I will no longer watch another game until this head coach is replaced! Anyone else on board?:titanic:

I will always be a Dolphins fan regardless. Even if I tried to quit, I'd still come back to them.

No, but I don't blame any fairweather fan for not watching this team anymore.

I too have been a Fins fan since the early 70's. I have spent all my emotional currency rooting for this team only to be let down time and time again....hell who would think I'd miss the Fiedler years. But, I am loyal to a fault and will NEVER not root for my beloved Fins. Because, one day (and I hope its sooner than later), Miami WILL be a good franchise again and we'll be like Patriot fans who long for their next Superbowl...not their first win.

Fairweather fan? Obviously you didn't read, a fan since the mid 70's. My office is wall to wall Dolphin pictures, with a boss who is a big Patriots fan. I said, I would no longer watch another game until the head coach is replaced. I'm not looking to root for another team, never have and never will. Just can't watch this poor coached team anymore.

I'm with you. I stopped going to the games and will not financially support the team until there is a change at HC. It sucks, but it's the only thing the owner will understand.

I hate Sparano and I want him gone. I'd actually like to see this team finish 1-15 to solve what seems to be a lifelong problem with Andrew Luck.

But not watching? Nah, can't do that. This is my team.

If you stop watching the Dolphins now.........I'm sorry, but you are NOT welcomed back if/when we're ever "watchable" in the future.

Im throwing in the towel on this season....but its difficult for me not to watch fin games...

I just know there is no hope for us this year whatsoever

Feel free to flame me all you want.. This was the first game in the years and years and years that I have been a Miami fan, that I was actually rooting for Miami to lose. It sucked rooting for them to lose, but thats what such bad coaching has brought me to. We need changes, and I am rooting for changes that will hopefully make us better in the future years. The best thing for Miami is to get rid of the lame duck coach.. So I root for that. Once that moron is fired, Ill start rooting for wins again.

Naw I'll watch. I'm used to it. It's quite comical. Now I'll watch expecting that bumbling idiot to cost us every game with an evil grin on my face.

Feel your pain...Many here have been fans for decades and we all suffer thru it together. If only the owner & coaches cared like some of the fans on this board.

Thanks for a ray of future hope

I don't blame you. Not even a little. Why let these losers ruin your Sunday's every fall. Every loss used to bother me for days. Now I've mentally adjusted and know they will lose most of their games. With little expectation comes far less pain. As pathetic as it is, I get more geared up for the draft as it's a time you hope we build well for the future. Unfortunately, for the most part that haven't done that right for the last 15 years either.

I'm still a fan...have been since early 70's and always will be, but it doesn't bother me anymore. I just don't support the team with money anymore. No game trips, no hats, no jackets, no jerseys. They don't deserve a penny for this product.
