Thursday's Camp report part one....

Awsome report Ozzy! Very impressive. I hope your Mother starts feeling better. :)

It's starting to look as if our O-line and running game will be significantly improved this year.

Question. From your observations, does it look as if Seth McKinney's latest struggles in camp are due to more of lack of physical ability(strength, quickness, etc) or does it seem to be more on the side of mental errors?

Keeping Vernon Carey's progress in perspective, if Carey lets JT have his way once in every six chances, that would barely make Carey worth starting in the NFL. I think he needs to get that number up to about 1 in 20 to be considered really good.

So so true, but at the very least it's been refreshing to watch Carey. That of course after having to try my best to be nice about Wade Smith getting beat on average of 6 out of 6.....

Now you went and did it. My brain will be trying to record Carey's win lost record. :D

BTW, Ozzy, I was remiss before. My best wishes go to you and your mom.

I really appreciate all the kind words about my moms. She is nearing 80, and broke her ankle real bad, tearing all the ligaments along with it.

Things were real bad, but finally, and very slowly, its getting better.

Unfortunately a little and sometimes a lot of both.

I'm thinking slowly Wade Smith will challenge Seth for the starting job.

Good sign. This isn't some universal rule, but it's been my experience that when someone starts recovering, they make it through okay, absent some sort of physician screw up during treatment.
