The only rule I see that is an issue is the generator. Bottles are still permitted. I see know issue with a small generator. You are trumpetting to the wrong people, obviously be the pole on the front page very few of these so called fans are season ticket holders.

I go the Canes games too. Can you imagine if they had these rules at the OB? Those Alumni tailgate parties or Hurricane Club parties wouldn't be the same.

They couldn't have these rules at Canes games, there would be a revolt. There is much more partying going on at Canes tailgates than Fins tailgates, its the yuppiness factor.

Until you actually know how many games I have been to, STFU and stop being so irate and irrational about things.

It's very clear from your post you feel you have been "slighted". Well guess what..the parking lot is a PUBLIC PLACE and must partake in actions that are best for teh PUBLIC. Not for a few people who want to get their party on. Just because tickets and parking are $X does not mean you can do whatever you want. If you do not like it, do not attend, it's that simple and that's what they will tell you. It's much like this site, if you don't like the way it is leave. There is no "free speech" here since it is privately run, just like Dolphin Stadium is privately run.

It's hard for you to understand this because your little parties are getting the kabash, but it's clear that the Dolphin organization, stadium workers, and the community don't like the things you mentioned. It makes their lives troublesome and it shouldn't effect your fun to remove it, but in turn will make their job easier. And think, back in the 70's people just went to games and cooked/drank in the parking lot  .. how did they manage???

I have no problem with rules. Read my earlier posts, these rules are silly. Point blank. If all the people at my party don't fit under my tent or tents, I'm violating a rule.

And no, my little parties are not going to be affected by any of these rules becuase usually it's just me and my 2 brothes. But my company does a corporate thing for every home game. They'll be affected. As will the BCSO and the other companies that do the same. It's silly.

Well I'm flying to the Jets-Fins game in December to meet up with my family who has season tickets and tailgates....I hope I fit under their tent, otherwise I guess I'll just have to fly back........now THAT is a ridiculous rule!!!

Remove the pole from you *** dude. For as much as we pay for tickets and parking, we should be allowed to have a good time within the confines of the law and as long as we dont disturb anyone else.

Until you have actually been to a game..please refrain.

Ok, i will say this. First of all, we pay jack **** to go to these games. It costs so little to attend a dolphin game compared to other stadiums, and yes I am talking from experience for dishing out $60 a ticket for a regular seat at Giants Stadium. My season tickets down here are so much cheaper, so dont pull that card. Also, it is their rules. If u guys don't like it, tough ****. Have you ever been bothered there? I have had many a tailgate parties and never been bothered. So enjoy the game, and I am not directing this straight at u, dubfire, i just quoted yours b/c u were the last to talk directly about it. I see no problems with the rules, and I will enjoy many a beers in the parking lot, and will welcome any finheaven members to my cooler. So lets all enjoy the tailgating and stop b!tch!ng about rules that they wont really enforce.

matt..this **** has been going on for years..i am for whatever they want to do to make tailgating and the parking a mre enjoyable experience for all fans..but dont tell us how big our parties can be or how we can drink our beer. i've been doing this for 10+ years and there has never been an incident at my parties or friends partied who tailgate near me and they have HUGE parties...i understand that there needs to be rules..and i respect that..but these are silly man..real silly...

see ya at the first preseason game...i always park at or by east 15 and enter thru gate f

This is why I tend to watch games at sportsbars....too many rules ruin tailgaiting......Invesco Field at Mile High where the Denver Donkeys play doesnt have as many rules.....sounds like the powers that be outside of Dolphins stadium don't want anyone having any fun.

lets bottle up all this energy and send it the donkeys way on the 11th

kegs should stay. bottles should go.

some people don't know how to throw their ****ing trash away and broken glass can be everywhere after a game.

These rules are the same as last years except for the keg thing. Last year we still took the generator and had no issues. You ask whats the generator for, how about a TV and Direct TV for your view pleasure. We sometimes have more people stay outside in the parking lot that go into the game. Some cannot afford the game, but still want to enjoy.

i have no problem with no bottles. Hell, bottles are way too expensive to be drinking before a game because i will probably consume close to 15 if im tailgating. Kegs should stay too. When you go to a football game half the fun is the tailgating!!! Half the fun is getting to the stadium at 7 am, cooking burgers and pounding beers. I don't want that right to be taken away from us.

This may be in the wrong forum and if it gets moved so be it...

:fire: :yell:

My tickets arrived today along with the yearly set of rules for tailgating and stadium policies..among other things..

Well, the Stadium Police have outdone themselves this year.. :fire:

Among the new rules..

NO Kegs - if found, they will be confiscated and you will be asked to leave. :fire:
Limit the size of your party- Meaning if everyone cannot fit under your little 8x10 or 10x10 tent, well, thats a NO NO!! :shakeno:
NO generators - guess thew dont want us using blenders anymore to make mixed drinks. :shakeno:

Last but not least....They allow but discourage the bringing of bottled beer. They'd rather you bring cans, but bottles are ok..for now. :yell:

There's more..those of you that got your tickets can go over it...

I just don't get it man? Do they want us to enjoy ourselves or no?

There has been a pissing contest going on for the last 7 years with the new boss of parking and a 2 guys who hold huge tailgate parties over near me in the Orange Parking Lot near East 15. And I'm 122% sure that these new rules are a result of this ongoing feud. All these new rules are directed at things these 2 gentleman do. I'm sure there is going to be a fight in the parking lot over this this season. There was almost one last year.

Next thing you know they wont allows to grill red meat or drink imports!! :shakeno:

That blows bro- too many restrictions for the investment that season tickets are. Tailgating is supposed to be fun.
