To everyone who hopes we get bumped from the playoffs...

I'm not sure how any true fan can hope against making the playoffs. While this game is a set back, it's not the end of the world. Making the playoffs is special and anything can happen. I am shocked at those who supposed fans who wish we don't make the playoffs in order for more shake up on our team. Do you always throw the baby out with the bathwater? Today was a stepping stone, one of which we failed badly. But the season isn't over. Our chances are still there.

We're a team in motion, one that is building towards what could be something special. Rebuilding yet again should not be an option when we have a damn good nucleus and a good coach with a vision. While this team still needs help at certain positions I believe our gm and coaching staff can find and develop them in order to make a team that can challenge for a super bowl.

If those GMs have been at it for 5 years and shown no discernible improvement, yes.

Even if we luck into a playoff spot...we didn't earn it...especially getting swept by the Jills and their 4th string QB. Lucking into the playoffs just means a reprieve for Ireland for another year.

id rather not make the playoffs and be able to pick lower in the draft, than make the playoffs and be booted in the 1st round or 2nd round and pick farther back in the draft. After how we played today, we wouldn't go far in the playoffs.

That's just ignorant. You choose moving up one spot in the draft thus robbing your young team of playoff experience to make them better. Just plain ignorant.

im not rooting against us, I just dont think there is a shot in hell that this team will make the playoffs and thus I refuse to fall for the hype again like I did this week. These a-hole dolphins played me bad this week after I promised myself I wouldnt allow them to. Thats my fault though. I wont be tricked again

I'll gladly take 9-7, a playoff appearance for our 2nd year QB and the experience that goes along with that. He needs that and this team needs that if they ever hope to move beyond that.

Listen, we are all mad. We are all disappointed and annoyed, but there is no reason, none at all, when we are still fighting here (as unlikely as it is), that you are ACTUALLY ROOTING AGAINST US. We come here and discuss and debate fin talk because we love the team. If you want them to lose, you don't love the team. I don't understand how anyone can say they don't want the team they root for in the playoffs. Anything can happen in the playoffs. Giants were a wild card the year they won the SB and beat the undefeated pats and the ravens won it as well starting from the wildcard round. Point is if the Phins make it in the playoffs anythings possible.

I'll root for a win whether they deserve it or not just because it feels better than losing.
