Saw the link on eagledelphia.com saying that eagles want him for the 22nd pick and how he would flourish in a 3-4

miami isn't dumb enough todo this are they?

I'd do it for their 1st round pick, their 3rd and next year's 1st/2nd. Don't like it then get bent Philly.

I'd do it. Especially given the emergence of Vernon.

Unless of course we change to a 3-4..which isn't going to happen.

Gamble denied us , need to return the favor.

Dion Jordan was linked to the Philadelphia Eagles prior to last spring's NFL draft, but the Miami Dolphins sniped the standout Oregon Ducks pass-rushing outside linebacker one pick before Lane Johnson went off the board for the birds, and Tom Gamble is reportedly still enamored with last year's top defensive prospect.

Gamble reportedly believes that Jordan could flourish in Bill Davis' 3-4 scheme and there is now speculation that the Eagles could swap their first-round draft choice, 22nd overall, with the Dolphins in exchange for him.

Oh how I long for the day where I wake up, open my browser, navigate to FH and see that Armando is moving to "report" somewhere else.

Edit: Sorry, forgot to put the word report in " ". Throwing **** on the wall hoping for page clicks isn't actual reporting.

With the way that guy can cover TE's and the upside he has as a pass rusher you would have to pay big time, much like PhinzN703 has posted. Philbin and co have shown they don't like throwing the rookies in the mix until they have to and are 100% acclimated to the NFL. I expect Jordan to have a Vernon type emergence next year.

I feel Dion will have all of the tools to be successful in this league if he ever gets playing time. If they made an amazing offer sure, but I doubt it happens nor would I want it to, again unless it was a great deal.

I'd do it. Especially given the emergence of Vernon.

Emergence of Vernon? Let's not act like Vernon is an every down havoc player. I think Jordan can be good, but not on this team. I would probably do it too, but not because of Vernon.

He probably would perform better in their 3-4 than in our system. It would take more than #22 for me to give him up though.

We won't know either way until our new GM is hired.

WTF. Jordan cost us a second round pick to move up. swapping our picks doesn't make any sense. at the very least, it would take their first and second for me to feel better about the trade.

Not me. Wakes replacement. Tons of talent and playmaking potential. I cant see trading him, unless the offer was just that damn good.
