Lots of forum love shown for Hickey, Lazor, Benton. Picks James, Landry, Turner, Tripp, and FA's Albert, Moreno,Finnegen, Mitchell, etc. Including everyone, rank your top 5 who will improve our team this year?

5. Benton
4. James
3. Lazor
2. Albert
1. Landry - I'm going to go a different route and say that Landry has the biggest impact...he will provide Tannehill another very reliable WR who will make plays. I can see him having the same impact that Keenan Allen had in San Diago.

lazor, albert, Moreno, hickey, Finnegan..... I really don't want to jump all over a draft pick yet. james should be day one starter at RT, Turner is in competition for a G spot, and landry will prob get the nod at slot, maybe play some ST. even if we cant replicate the effiency of the eagles last year (it was kellys offense not lazors) but hopefully it still has to be better than shermans. maybe the next step tanne needs his having a different voice in his ear, he's been under Sherman for 6 years. albert...duh probowl LT, Moreno...should give us a quality season and allow lamar miller to go back to being a change of pace back and the number 2 back, which may be his best fit right now, hickey...I like his additions to the team so far in offseason, and at least we don't have to hear Irelands name every second thread now. and after the the first OTA Finnegan. he stays late, wants to make his young cb teammates better. sounds like he's willing to be a helluva mentor. ive said it before at my job, im a technician meaning I have to be able to fix anything and everything, I have two people directly below me, and 12 below them. I do everything I can to make the two below me come as close as possible to be on my level in the event im on vacation or sick, the crew wont miss as much as a step. love Finnegan's stance in this regard. it might cost me my job but you're better because of me

With Gibson's injury, and Matthews being in the "Dog House" for some reason, that could well happen. I'm hoping that Gibson and Matthews are both good, and Landry just contributes but, Har to say with what we now know. He was picked in the second for a reason.

1. Lazor
2. New LT [Albert wasn't my preference but I'll take him]
3. James RT
4. Benton
5. Smith RG

I have to go with Lazor also, as he is going to mave the most impact on everything on O, and Tannehill, who we will live or die with.

I have Benton at #2, as he has to somehow put this OL together to give RT his best chance to succeed.

Then comes Albert, James, and I have Mitchell at #5.

I'm going to stick with the players -
1) Albert
2) James
3) Moreno
4) Finnegan
5) Mitchell

1. Lazor
2. Benton
3. Albert
4. Jason Taylor
5. The conditional draft pick we get for trading Jonathan Martin

Talent is good at every NFL team, so adding exceptional coaching in place of mediocre coaching can have the biggest impact.

Albert is a huge upgrade for sure. If Jason Taylor helps Dion Jordan developed in the monster he has the potential to become, he earns his spot on this list. Purging the team of the negative effects from the Jonathan Martin situation is a big addition by subtraction in my book.

I'd add our first two draft picks to your list Digital and go with that.

Lazor
Benten
Albert
James
Landry

These guys should jump start our offense which is the teams biggest need.

I almost feel it's ok to add Dion Jordan to those lists.. Ya ya I know he's last years pick, but he was pretty much a non factor..

Reason why I had Benton below players was because the talent level at OL was so bad in the offseason that no matter the coach, it would have been woeful - with some talent then Benton plays a bigger part.

Personally, I would have preferred to have had better OG's at this stage but curious as to the possible combination of Smith [Run strength] and Turner [Pass strength]
