Trade Jordan..... why?

According to this, http://overthecap.com/calculator/?Team=Dolphins, the cap hit is $5.3 million. But even if it's that low, it's still very difficult to do. Of course, if he really was like Jason Taylor, this conversation would never happen.

But the dead money will be over $10 million.

Where did you see that?

Look on the right side under Transaction. You can change it from cut to June 1st to trade and their calculator will give you the results of such transaction.

It is still the same cap hit no matter how it is split.

If we trade Jordan I can guarantee it will be another Wes Welker regret.. Just have the wait and see approach and all doubters will have changed their tune..

Oh please. You can not be serious. How long have you been a fan?
Welker was a good and producing player and a fan favorite. The Dolphins were to cheap to keep him. How can you even think of a comparison much less put it in writing.

It's no different then saying we should get rid of a first rd draft pick before his sophomore year.. that's just stupid.. Cheap? or just stupid? Maybe both...

IF we were to trade Jordan we would take a cap hit of a bit over $12 MILLION FRAKIN DOLLARS. IF any one thinks this is workable or a good idea, please send me some of what you are drinking or smoking. LMAO, and then some.

You are right to a great degree but if u as a coach don't think he will he ever be a starter worth a damn in the league it would be better to bail now.

JT was getting ran over his first couple of years. The difference is he didnt have competition and JJ allowed him to develope on the field. Stop getting all disappointed that Jordan could not beat out very good players with experience ahead of him. There was absolutely no reason to throw him out in the fire.

JT had 5 sacks and 2 forced fumbles as a starter his rookie year, and 9 sacks and 3 forced fumbles his second year. That doesn't sound like "getting ran over" ot me, and I remember he was considered an instant impact player. Jordan had 2 sacks and no FF last year. Also, JT was a third round pick and DJ was the #3 pick in the first round, so the expectations are much higher.

But he was picked by Ireland, which makes the expectations lower.

twix2500 when was jt getting ran over? he was very impressive his rookie year, he probably would have had more sacks if he didnt get injured and miss 3 games i believe. stop making stuff up, its ridiculous some of the bullsh*t i read on here!
