Trading down not looking good????

I don't get any feelings. I have been watching the draft for many years now. I have seen many teams say they will not move up, move up. In fact I have rarely seen a team say they want to trade down and not find a taker.

People are saying anything right now. No one except them really knows what they are willing to give up or if they really want to trade down.

The most BS in the football news is the news that comes out this week. Do not believe any of it till it is saturday.

I think if we pick up Alex Smith or Braylon Edwards that a team might trade for the player rather then trade for the pick before Miami drafts one of them

does anyone have concrete evidence on what we are going to do? Anyone here Nick Saban's brain cells? well the fact of the matter is we can sit here and speculate all day on what Nick's going to do and still not know sh%t. lets just relax and wait until saturday and talk about it then, because we are going in one big circle :shakeno:

Good point. We should shut down this MB because a lot of what goes on here is speculation. Lets wait until it actually happens, but even then we won't be able to talk about it because at that point we would be speculating on how it will turn out in the future. No talking from this point on. :(

I don't know why everybody thinks Smith is a franchise QB, I see Ryan Leaf written all over him. We will draft Edwards.

give me my shoes back you *******. but I agree with finjim, edwards is the best player in the draft to make in impact in the NFL this season...............if we get him right now, but
nobody knows the trouble im feeling
nobody knows jack sh%t
:roflmao:

I see what you are saying, this is a pretty tough draft to call. It has changed back and forth, but IMO it is the speculation on what could happen and all of the possibilities that makes it so fun. As far as this thread, it was on today and had some opinions on it so I thought I would post it for those who couldn't watch the show. IMO its good to know what everyone is saying and get a variety of thoughts on what will happen.

We'll find out on Saturday. You have to admit, being "stuck" with the #2 pick isn't the worst thing in the world. If Smith is gone, I would also like to see Edwards at #2.

FYI, Kiper was just on PTI saying Mike Williams will be the guy from this draft that people talk about years from now.

Yeah, I saw that. I would rather have Williams.

I would be happy with either one. This is the 1st time in years that I've actually been excited about the draft. We trade down and get more picks, or we take a Williams/Smith/Brown type player at #2. Hard to complain about the position we're in.

Yeah, a convincing argument could be made for any of the top seven and for trading down.
