Call me a homer but I think we can take new england in week 1. They did next to nothing to address WR. They got rid of their best RB. And I don't see that defense as anything to write home about. We beat them last time we faced them. Let's do it again

I argued against this thought in March. We dont know he didnt ever attend, we just know he didnt attend for a week because of being on vaca. It's inappropriate to say he feels he doesnt need to play better. He stated himself that he did work with RT in the offseason.
But....that being said...I do worry about his commitment to going up and getting the ball in traffic. He must get better at that!

IMO, if he is pointing the finger solely at Tannehill, he must feel there is nothing he needs to improve.

The buzz from a lot of people who have been watching camp and communicating with team insiders has been positive. We're even hearing today that beat writers who saw the team working on the run offense inside the bubble were impressed with what they saw.

We'll see. The opening part of our schedule is nasty. I can live with a loss to a Patriots team that looks like a clear favorite for a 1st round playoff bye, but we'd damn well better get revenge on the Bills in week two and move on from there.

The NE game is winnable and the Bills game is losable, just like they were in weeks 15 and 16 last season. The difference is the weather won't be much of a factor so it helps NE week one and helps us week two. We'll probably be 1-1, 2-0 would be sweet, and 0-2 won't be the end of the world, but it'll sure feel like it around here.

Actually 2 of those games are divisional so for playoff tie breakers etc we need at least one of them...oline doesn't suck buffalo gets pay back week 2...

The Bills games last year were abominations. Buffalo won't have the same success jumping the snap count with this new offense. Though the Fins could lose to the Bills it won't be ugly and they won't get swept again.

More like the bills running game and defense owns us. Thad lewis wasnt very good he just didn't make mistakes to hurt his team for the most part. 2 INTs and zero TDs passing in 2 games isnt anything to write home about. Neither is 70 and 67 passer ratings he had for the 2 games

Yup, the positivity has been refreshing. And to see Omar praising RT more and more has me enthusiastic.

I could not possibly care less what that world-class douchebag Omar says, but I am hoping RT has a great year.
