& that pesky thing called incentives..
Rumor has it the $3 million in incentives are based around playoffs and leading a top 10 offense.
Hopefully he earns every cent.

Welp. Gase always says how he sees it. Always, no bs or talking in circles.
Gase is a BOSS!!
Thoughts about how Philbin would of answered the question are giving me a good laugh right now.
Yet one of Gase's biggest critics in the last 2 days was championing Philbin as a better than average HC up until the time he was kicked to the curb. You really can't make this **** up.Gase is a BOSS!!

'Well I don't know Jay just got here and I haven't even meet with him yet.. will see how it goes- we know what Matt can do on the field"
Moore has had a fair shot at starting. In the NFL, owners are interested in selling a winning product to the fans and it's the coaches job to put his team in the best position to win. Our coach doesn't see Moore as the best option of those available to help the team win as many games as possible.Never a fan of Cutler. Didn't like the way he played, and didn't want him him in a Miami uniform.
But, now that he is, well, I guess time will tell. Still think Moore deserves fair shot at starting.
The year Gase worked with Cutler...the receivers were awful.
Cutler has a talented offense around him here...and Gase will have him getting the ball out quickly..this should excite everyone.
I'm old enough to remember a quarterback who was considered a flop until he was about Cutler's age and landed on the Oakland Raiders....Jim Plunkett went on to win 2 Superbowls.
This is a good situation....trust in Gase!

Gotta love those players who give 100% all the time.Who would have thought that Godchaux would end up being one of the more notable draft picks....I thought these were just developmental/depth picks, but the guy seems like is out there earning his time.
