Todd Wade was offered a ton of money from the Texans, we couldn't outbid them anyway. You make it sound like we cut him or something.

That was a pretty smart move by Saban asking this guy to ba a leader. Give the kid some responsibility put some faith in him. As a leader you gain respect by your play as well, this guy knows that hopefully he'l work out.
