yeah that’s how free agents think. No , game recognizes game. They know who deserves top dollar and who doesn’t. If anything they’d be more drawn to an organization that knows an average talent can’t compete in the AFC. There is no entitlement to players that play small in big moments.

You realize that other players respect Tua, right? Much more than his own fan base lol. Bash the Pro Bowl all you want, but only 1/3 of that was fan vote. The other 2/3 were players and coaches vote, and if they didn't think Tua was worthy, the fans wouldn't have been enough to get him in.

Over the last 2 seasons Miami are 1-8 when Tua posts a rating under 92.

Buffalo are 9-6 in the same time span.

Josh Allen had more bad games than Tua yet Buffalo win more games. It’s a team game and Miami are not helping out their QB anywhere near as much as Buffalo help theirs.

He had 15 rushing TD’s because he cannibalised them from his running backs on the goal line. Look at how many rushing TD’s the running backs had.

Generalities overwhelm specifics. When you draft a guy that early and he responds with huge statistical years in 3 and 4, that's all you need to know. The name doesn't matter and the distribution doesn't matter. He gets the contract.

Herbert got paid for his over inflated stats that dude costs his team so many games with turnovers at the wrong times. Herbert got paid cause he’s built like an Olympic god and people salivate on his rocket arm and running ability. Without McDaniel Tua would not be having the numbers he has cause McDaniel protects his flaws with play design. Tua is limited due to his size and arm strength and relies solely on anticipation because he is a spot thrower unlike the QBs who have gotten paid

Different QBs have different limitations. Very few have none.
