Latest forecast for Orchard Park on Sunday is a high of 36 degrees with a 60% chance of showers.
Ok how bout a minimum of a foot of snow. Does that help?
What's a centimeter? We uses inches. Silly non american way of doing things. Just in case anyone cares, 2.54 Centimeters is one inch. I heard that too many times doing dumb conversions in physics and god knows what else.
The US embraced the (British) imperial measurement system and called them US measures, but the rest of the world progressively converted to a standard measurement system for temperatures, lengths, volumes, weights, etc - the metric system. Even the British ultimately went metric. Every other nation uses metric measures and has no problems, some would think that not so silly. The Jimmy Carter administration ultimately made the decision for the US to go metric and join the rest of the world, but this was ultimately scrapped and considered too difficult (and expensive). This reminds me of the loving mother watching her son marching with his unit and the mother remarks that everyone is out of step except Johnny. What's a centimeter? We uses inches. People don't want to hear this but during the second quarter, when snow was at its worst, tannehill was vastly inaccurate
Depends on how long the ground has been close to freezing and how heavy the downfall is. I live in Atlanta and in '94 it had been between 30 and 35 degrees for several days. That set up a 9 inch dump on Atlanta that stuck immediately at from 34 to 36 degrees. Around here we call it the 'Blizzard of '94', lol. Atlanta metro was paralyzed for several days. So, it's possible. It's snowed at 33 degrees before. It won't stick much if it's 33 though.

You are right, the Buffalo snow should be measured in inches because the Bills still play in the US and haven't been shipped off to Canada (yet), although why is every competitive swimming event and pool measured in meters? That seems pretty silly.
