i think i understand why everyone wants his brother now...i mean we haven't had a qb in such a long time...why not just keep that going? ronnie could be a faster version of duckett...ricky can be like warrick dunn...we can set up in a split back formation and just throw to mcmicheal (crumpler) and run run punt...run run punt. vick is on pace now for something like 1600 yrds passing lol. what a model franchise!
 
say what you want about that "model" franchise, but they were in the NFC championship game last year, they are locks for the playoffs, and they win...

id model that anyday...

He didn't? 11/26 116 yds 3 interceptions....if that was a Dolphin QB....he'd be lynched. Without his legs Vick is nothing.
 
why dont you check up on his stats and notice he only had like 20 as a QB rating or something

last time ic hecked in the 4th quarter it was 13.3 as his QB rating. Wow what a star.

lets put ricky at QB, and ever down he can pump fake and run.
 
i know i have said it many times in the past, but.... ill say it again:

M. Vick's presence on the field completly changed the defensive gameplan. it completly changed what the other team normaly does. he has the ability to run for a TD on every play. defenses HAVE to respect that. they have to blitz the OLBs to the outside, they have to have the DEs stay in "contain", they have to keep a spy on the QB. all those things open up HUGE holes for the RB to run though, effectivly moving the ball. all vick did was hand it off, but he is the reason why the RB gets such gret yardage every game. he also has a huge arm, though he is innaccurate, he can throw hard and deep. but one of the best things he does is buy time. running around to buy an extra 5-10 seconds for a WR or TE to come open. its very hard to cover a guy for that long. he does all this. hes a game changing player. the falcans are 10 times better with him in the game. hes never going to pass like P. Manning, but he will still win you games like manning. and if i was a fin fan, i would LOVE to have him as my QB.

but im a bills fan, and i dont want a QB with a nick name of "Ron Mexico". :lol:
 
sad thing is when they run into a good defense, Vick fails to produce any numbers.

On another sad note they will play us really well because our defense is horribly inconsistant...

Vick will probably have 150 yds rushing against us with 2 TD's. Unless we step it up a notch. Bam!

Exactly...3 ints no tds and two rushing tds...sounds like a rb to me

but if you have a game plan to take away his runs, play contain... he will hand it off and the RB will run for the first down. and only a rare few teams can do both.

sounds like a QB who knows how to put points on the board. knows how to win a game.
 
Watching Vick play quarterback is laughable, 5 year starter who's modestly improved as a passer. Why anyone would want a runningback/quarterback project to be our first round draft pick is beyond me.

As poorly as he played last night, and he did everything he could to lose that game, I don't think I heard Madden or Michaels say one negative thing about him. I'm sure the NFL loves them for hyping the overhyped.

Seems to me they and he lost in last years playoff's....just follow that teams defense against him and the Falcons. Make him beat you with his arm...if he does....great for him...but his arm is his weakness....you play against the Falcons strength...and thats the run.
