I wish everyone would face it that Feeley sucks. Berlin in his 2 quarters of preseason play looked better than Feeley ever has. I don't know why everyone likes him so much.

whoever performs better this pre-season and so far Brock Berlin has performed better, I would go with Berlin

Sometimes we can all learn something from the younger FinFans! I agree Dude!

AJ Feeley is quickly dropping down on my list....I still can;t believe we paid a 2nd rd pick for this guy!

I'm rooting for AJ but if he falls behind Rosenfelds, then I'm all for axing him and saving some cap space. Berlin seems like he should be a 3rd stringer in the NFL, atm and that he may move up a bit down the road.

AJ is too talented to fall behind Sage, let's be realistic. Even if AJ never starts, he's still better then Sage by a far measure.

Brock is different. He shows all kinds of potential. If a balance between the shotgun and under center can be reached, the kid could be good enough to start in the NFL.

Id like to see how the balance of the pre season works out.

As disappointing as AJ is so far, I think he stays on the roster and is cut in the off season. Based on Berlin's performance so far, I hope he sticks around, at least on practice roster.

Poll questions are loaded and reflect obvious bias.

the only possibilities listed for Feeley are 3rd string, or off the team.
You assume that he has no chance at the 2nd string job, even though that is currently exactly where he is.

AJ would be too much of a cap hit if we got rid of him this year so forget it. Brock looks good so we will keep him as a project. Sage is the odd man out.....if anyone goes I think it will be him.

Brock Should Be Guss's Backup Then Next Year He Should Be The Starter.

first off, is it really needed to type the first letter of each word like that? Secondly, you cannot possibly be serious saying that brock should start...hes playing against 3rd and 4th stringers period. Lets start brock everyone, he is WAYY better than the opposing teams' scrubs... GO BROCK :shakeno:

Gus #1, AJ #2, Berlin #3... drop sage the guy is worthless. After this year we re-evaluate

It seems to me,from what I saw during the gm against the JAGS Berlin moved the ball with ease.A.J."touchy"FEELEY acted like he didn't know what to do,I mean come on! intentional grounding on that 1 play he was already rolling out of the pocket just throw it away! The guy is clueless,I don't know what the eagles put in Ricks head but he damn sure isn't worth no 2nd rounder!I bet the guys from Philly are still laughing about that one.

IM Curious to see just how far AJ has fallen from the eyes of Fin Fans. Brock Berlin has showed a much stronger arm than I thought he had and NICE POISE in the pocket. He doesn't look to be frantic in there and makes some nice throws. If we had to decide right now, either AJ Feeley a guy we traded a 2nd round pick for or Brock Berlin, a undrafted FA Rookie, who would we rather see on the team? I didn't include Sage on this, it would defeat the whole purpose.

Not very far...I'm not even ready to admit he's much worse than Gus...I think Gus is getting the job on his leadership experience not his physical skills...that is what will hurt us down the line this season...Once the OL gels a little more, R&R get it in gear, he'll be holding things back with his lack of physical skills...

Brock Berlin albeit vs not good talent has a surprisingly good knowledge of this offense and lets face it people, AJ would be AJ vs the SCRUBS or the STARTERS. He just doesn't look at ease playing QB in the NFL! Berlin has looked good! He also has some mobility in the pocket and has a much better arm than I thought or remembered.

Saban should give this kid a shot in the preseason. What could it hurt? Let Gus have a series with the starting O than turn the Ball over to Berlin so we can stop this " He only plays vs scrubs" crap and see what he can do. Didn't he say it was an open competition? He never specified it was soley between Gus and AJ. Let the kid play a few series with the starters.

Another point to that would be this. True he is having good series vs 3RD STRING DEFENSES, but how about the players around him? Do you think he would like to have a TE like Chambers to throw too? Although thats a bad example, this kid Diamon is tearing it up.. How about WR'S? How about throwing a deep one to Chambers? Boston? Booker? How about having Ricky Williams in the backfield?

Nobody has mentioned that if Berlin were facing better defenses, he would have our best around him while doing so. Let the kid play Saban, what do you have to lose?
