Wallace sucks

Funny you should bring that up. What deep ball has Tanny completed to those guys? Not 15-20 yard passes, I'm talking 40 yarders. Matt Moore comes in last week and his second ****ing play he hooks up deep with hartline, Tanny would've easily under thrown or over thrown, you decide.

3rd play. He threw it to where only the defender could catch it. Deep pass is not the only pass in football. I wish he would complete them too but im not stupid enough to say Tannehill sucks because of it. He almost had 4000 yards without completing all those deep passes. He doesnt suck.

Tannehill threw the ball before Wallace even cut out of the break. What are you trying to say?

I'm pointing out to you that Wallace made a great play as did Tanny. He's not as much of a one trick pony as you set out to believe. If he was, he would probably have about 300 yards receiving for the season.

every qb misses throws bro, sorry to break it to ya. Not many guys end a game with 80% completion percentages every week.

I don't think anyone here can doubt that. I think where the issue is is that the opportunities for td's were high this year due to wallace burning his defender and we didn't hit a single OPPORTUNITY. Like it was said before in this thread and my main point in other threads earlier this year is the fact that Tannehill must hit at least 30% of those td opportunities. Great teams do it. I see week in and out on highlight reels guys getting hit for long td's after they torch their man. The problem here? Tannehill didn't do it once to wallace...That's a big ****ing problem.

Curious why Pittsburgh didn't even try to re-sign the guy if he was so amazing? Maybe it's b/c he's a one trick Diva who doesn't give full effort and not worth the money he was asking for but is now receiving from a team not even built to capitalize on his one trick.

They weren't dumb enough to pay what Miami was dumb enough to pay. That's a pretty easy question. The Steelers are known for not over paying guys.

He has the same amount of YPA as last year. Only reason why he threw for almost 4k is because they threw the ****ing ball so much.

This is exactly it.

I understand that. But RT misses more then most qbs.

Sorry bro.

really? you watch other games every week? I watch tons of games where QBs miss just as many if not more throws than Tannehill. You just dont watch other teams play...you watch highlights of the days games before you go to bed at night. Its obvious if your gonna claim Tannehill misses more throws than most qbs.

Actually I watch many other games... nice try bro.

I have redzone, and nfl sunday ticket.

I am going to claim it b/c he does.

Is ryan your dad or something? You defend this guy to the death and he sucks.

I just call it how i see it. Im not a knee jerk reaction deep ball enthusiast jackass.

When you bring in a guy predicated on the deep ball, and your whole coaching staff, GM, and fans talk about it all off season, you would like to see atleast 1 completed in our 16 game season. Is that too much to ask? If so, I guess I'm an asshole.

Im not deep ball enthusiast either, but when it's open, I'd like to see it hit more then... oh I don't know... never.

look, idk how many times I have to say Tanny is not blameless. The thing is Wallace isn't either.

After 2012 we complained about the deep ball, after 2013 were still complaining about it. Mr franchise is 28th in YPA. Last year 22nd. So it's not just Wallace that doesn't get the desired YAC its everyone.

Tanny left minimum 5 tds on the field this year where Wallace had 3 or 4 yards on the DB and probably 3 or 4 more 40 50 yd gains at minimum.

Anyone who wants to defend the qb for never hitting a wide open receiver who continues to beat his defender 30 yes down field is not worth arguing with. With a competent qb, Wallace puts up better numbers this year than any year in Pittsburgh most likely.
