With 25 or so mil available I would think NEs priorities are Welker and Vollmer. After that I would assume that Talib would then be the priority. What a difference the Pats defense was with him. They still need 5-6 mil for rookies so I see no way the sign Wallace. Quite frankly after Welker and Vollmer, they won't have much wiggle room at all.
