Wannstedt on ESPN2

Interesting....just watched it. Cool now we have 12 tackles and not guards ;)

I still think Wannstedt is a tool...
 
So what is going to happen to our Right Guard position? McIntosh/St. Clair?
 
Tony Wise is going to have is hands full...
You have to think they'll put Carey at tackle until Mac-T comes back...then he'll be shifted to guard...if not well we just drafted another back-up with our first round pick :shakeno:
 
I really hope they think he can be a LT becuase other wise Dave is a moron. Well Dave is a moron anyway, but that is 3 tackles we signed, and we lost 1. We have signed 1 guard and lost 2. The Jets and Pats got significantly better today with the front 7, so we need start having an idea who will be starting on our o-line. The only true lock right now for a starter is McKinney at C, and he has never went in to a season as a starter before. I feel bad for the announcers of Dolphins' games. It will be like the strike season trying to figure out who our front 5 are. Maybe it can be like the '72 defense, and we can have the no name o-line.

wade smith n jeno james are both locks on the left side... a st clair/jerman/whitley/carey battle will go on for both spots on the right side.

how about smith and james? that's a solid left side. plug carey and mcintosh on the right side, and that line is significantly better than it was last year.
 
Smith-James-McKinney-Carey-McIntosh is an improved line, but we are going to have to wait until we see this one because of McIntosh's injury. Hopefully it will not be too long. Until then, Carey will probably play RT, and at RG I think St. Clair will get plugged in. Also, look for June 1st cuts.

I dont know why Damion Mcintosh has all of the sudden become such a great player. He played on one of the worst lines in the NFL last year and they wanted to replace him. Your telling me that the Fins gave up a 4th rd. pick just so they could draft a guard??If the Dolphins draft a guy in the 1st rd. who can play tackle and then move him to guard just so Damion Mcintosh can play tackle, then quite frankly the Fins deserve to lose. Mcintosh is a proven below average o-lineman with an injury problem in my opinion, Ive never seen such an obvious dumb signing just to please the fans, because we couldnt get Tait or Woody. Im very happy that Wannstedt said that Carey is a tackle, because thats what he should be if hes taken at #19. Who gives a $hit about Damion Mcintosh, he was a dumb signing who should have absolutely no influence on how we use our new "stud o-linemam".

Will someone please explain to me what the freak the deal was with Dave's moustache during that interview just before the end of round 3. Normally I refer to him as Wannstache due to the 70's porn nature of that slab of turf between his nose and mouth, but in today's hackneyed state I don't even know if that thing could be classified as a moustache.
 
I dont think it matters how many yards LT had cause LT is 1 of the best backs in the game. Ricky was able to get good yardage also despite having a bad o-line, that still doesnt mean that Miami had good o-lineman. The Fins got rid of alot of their o-lineman who were that good, just like SD got rid of Mcintosh.
