I just wanted to throw this out there as this may be another option. I remember reading and was able to find articles from last year stating that if you are unable to get DirecTV at your home (because of landlord, HOA, no line of sight, etc) you could pay $350 and that would allow you to have NFL Sunday Ticket-To Go which lets you watch all games LEGALLY on your computer.
I haven't been able to find that anywhere on their site but if you google you can find an article about it in the Washington Post (I think) and PFT among others. One message board post I read said that he called there and explained why he couldn't get directv at his residence and they gave him a link to a hidden page or whatever where he could sign up for just the NFL To-Go without having directv and without having to sign a service agreement. I'm sure someone knows more about this than me but I thought it could be an option for people who can't get Directv but would like to get access to all of the games legally :)
Here's the link to the washington post article: http://voices.washingtonpost.com/fasterforward/2010/09/directv_opens_nfl_sunday_ticke.html
