You said what you said. It only has one meaning unless you're incapable of writing an intelligible sentence. You prefaced your sentence with the phrase "whether sincere or not" and that only has one meaning in the context in which you used it, and that was to say that sincerity wasn't germane to the apology.

But for the record, sincerity does matter. Apologetic words without sincerity are meaningless.

I actually think Incog's "apology" was as sincere as Martin storming out on a prank where he was the victimizer 2 weeks before, making a stop for show at a SoFL mental facility before hurrying home (and apparently not being further "treated"), parsing out a few inflammatory racial and other texts out of more than a 1000 where he gave as good as he got etc. However, whatever dubious level of "sincerity" Incog is evoking, it's still more than any mea culpa from Martin about the above as well as not informing Philbin "his principal" and willingly continuing to steal Mr Ross's money for doing nothing positive.

So the answer is "No" I think his apology is just as contrived and worthy of skepticsm.

Let me get this straight....

1. Martin was his brother, then he wasn't, then he was, then he wasn't, and now he is again.
2. He wanted an apology from everybody, now he wants to apologize, instead.
3. He got "cray cray" but only Martin is the mental one.
4. He fired his agent, then re-hired the same agent.

Ok...yep. I can see why Martin should have had no problem dealing with this person for two years.

They're both sick individuals, each outdueling the other day to day on who is more unstable. One is an aggressive psychotic alpha-male, and is just one bad moment away from totally losing it.....the other is an introverted manic depressant follower, that who is extremely psychologically imbalanced.

One is an unstable meathead, could be dangerous to allow to play in the NFL, and could be a danger to others, as well as himself to a lesser degree, while the other one is not mentally fit to play in the NFL, could be a be real danger to himself and maybe others to a lesser degree.
