I like Pinegar and all but I dont think he'll amount to much more than a 2nd or 3rd string qb in the NFL. For what i've seen, he lacks the arm strength and physical tools needed. His deep ball gets erratic at times, and to me, he seems to have a very slow release. However, at times like last week's first half against Boise St. he has looked unstoppable. I big game tonight would increase his draft position but I still dont think he's suited for our offense.

Any of you Pinegar fans have some info on him? I guess this question is directed towards Dominizzo and Ras.. I gave my perspective of the guy (in above post). Im not real good at evaluating players but I've had a chance to see a lot of Pinegar since I moved near Fresno. Would like to hear the reasons you guys want him more than the other available qb's.
