On the other hand, almost every quarterback I've ever heard of coming out of college has had his release tinkered with and/or "worked on" by quarterback coaches. I guess it all depends on what you consider the difference between "tinkering", "working on", or "changing" is.

Well we both know Colin Kaepernick needs major work with his release.So it wouldn't be tinkering or working on it would flat out changing it.

Only shot he has is if his team doesn't try to fix it and he plays with the best oline ever.

the consensus is Kaepernick is a 3rd round prospect. Otherwise, if we don't use professional consensus, we are blabbering, and you can say he is undraftable and I can say he is #1 overall, and we are both right and terribly wrong.

Jake Locker was a 10th rd pick MLB
Colin Kaepernick was a 43rd rd pick MLB.

To be fair to Colin Kaepernick hasn't played baseball since his high schools days.
