Watkins TD???

All I saw was TD because I was at a sports bar and couldn't hear the commentator's explanation. Initially, I thought it was a touchback because it was a fumble that went into the end zone (touched pylon) and went out of bounds. However, not really an expert. What should have been the call? Did the announcer's get it right or did they just toe the company line?
 
Total BS call. They barely looked at the replay. Definitely a touchback

Huh?

He clearly lost the ball before the ground was even a factor, in fact, he threw the ball at the pylon.

The only thing at issue is if they want to call him starting to lose possession at the 2 (which would be a fumble) or did he have enough possession to make it to the goal line before throwing the ball at the pylon (which in effect would be a TD).

This dude threw the ball at the pylon though, way before the ground was even in the picture.

J/K dude! You're one of the cool Bison fans! Nice game today. You guys were pumped up and kicked our a$$es! I am still pissed, but I am hopeful that we will make a game of it next time!!

He clearly loses control of it around the two when grimes punches it out, whether he regains control of it was the issue. I dont think he did, but at the very least that play should of been reviewed.
 
This is just typical of the **** the NFL is putting out there. The way these games are being officiated all around is terrible. The NFL seems to like to coddle certain teams and F**K others (Dolphins) we have been the NFL's whipping boy for quite some time. Just look at how they blew the whole bully gate situation out of proportion, but tried to hide the Ray Rice thing because the Ravens are one of the NFL Darling teams. So today was like the perfect storm in Buffalo, they put Ralph Wilson's name on the Ring of Honor, Jim Kelly addresses the crowd and the bills are sold to Pegula and will stay in Buffalo, no way is the NFL going to piss on their parade. We played like **** today but the NFL has been playing ****ty since King Goodell has been in charge...he sucks, and he is ruining the NFL.
 
The angle I am talking about is the endzone cam that was not shown on TV once. There you can see at the two Grimes knocks the ball loose. It was moving however Sammy was in control when the ball broke the plane of the endzone. At which point it came out. The minute the Ball broke the Goal Line play is over and it is a TD.

Without that angle people will think the ball continued to move. That is why the review went so quick

It was reviewed EVERY SCORING play is reviewed.

Heck maybe it was a fumble we will call it a payback call for the Fins TD when your RT was clearly moving and two steps into his kick slide before ball is snapped
