NFL is going to add on to this. Mark my words. They do not want the backlash. That said, he'll probably be available on wk 11 when they come to town.
 
Sadly there will be people happy about this because they are holding out hope on being right about trading for Watson. Sad!!

NFL should appeal, let him play game 1 while the union fights it in court. Hope the case runs all year. Then get him suspended in 2023 when he's making 50 mil as opposed to the 1 mil he makes now. If Goodell bumps it to 10 games, the smart move from Watson would be to accept it. A long court case that pushes the punishment into 2023 is not the best outcome from him EVEN IF HE WINS
