He cannot lead us without Tyreek on the field! He is good when everything is close to perfect. Do not make the mistake of committing huge money and killing our cap for years ro come. That was a game that Tua had to win and he didn't. Spare me the we were up crap he was handed turnovers deep in the Titans end so he didn't have to do much. This was a pathetic loss but hopefully it provides clarity on what we cannot do next year when it comes to paying Tua 45 or 50 million dollars!
You haven’t the first clue and are no different than the media. One-dimensional thinking.
While not having Tyreek doesn’t help, it’s the chaos on the o-line that’s the biggest issue. When any offense/QB is missing 4 of 5 starters on the o-line and the center goes out early in the game and is replaced by a middling player most here at FH thinks the Dolphins need to dump ASAP — what do you really expect?
Did you see the great Patrick Mahomes in the SB against Tampa a few years ago when the Chiefs o-line was in chaos? It didn’t look very good.
How about more recently when Brock Purdy lost Trent Williams, let alone 4 of 5 starters? It also didn’t look very good.
That‘s what can happen to any offense under the same conditions. Losing Tyreek also just added to the problems.
Did you even watch the game? Tua didn’t have steady protection when he dropped back and could feel it resulting in happy feet and indecision.
Please, by all means name the QB that leads and excels minus 4 of 5 starting lineman.
This is a ridiculously ignorant and naive post. Was Tua good? No. Did he make mistakes and poor decisions? Yes. But it wasn’t just because he didn’t have Tyreek on the field.
Don’t be stupid.
