We Need To Trade/Sign Another CB

what about the fast kid we picked up after draft? give him a shot for a few plays and build his repatoire. maybe he can tackle.

You may want to rewatch the game to see that the very large majority were on Sapp and Carroll.

In reminding me of Surtain and Madison it was the physicality and lack thereof. Not to minimize Pat and Sam but Brock Marion was a huge part of that secondary as well. Sam and Pat played their best during the time Marion was in Miami.
 
sean smith is extremely overrated and has done nothing to earn this "elite" status that everybody has elevated him to, his 6"3 frame is a serious problem when he tries to rotate his hips, he will be another lenny walls

besides alot of good CB's arent that physical, ie Cromartie
 
I dont think the Eagles are trading any of them..They know that you need players that can cover..They are not going to trade away a young Db with alot of upside..Samuel would be the guy that teams would target, but I think he is just too much of a ball hawk for the eagles to get rid of...

imo we did ok at ol where we got caved up was lack of play or not enough cbs with enough talent to hang with the pats TEs/WRs i promise you we need help at cb WAYYYYYY more than at RT

IMO WE NEED EXPERENCE NOT YOUTH AS much because brady will rip those unexperence guys up and eat them for dinner we need some body like a cromartie or samuel

imo watching the games bell can be somewhat a player as marion but as for davis and smith esp. smith there nowhere near surtain and madison . if we had surtain and madison in that pats game i assure you it wouldnt have went they way it did i promise you that ,

laconfora or where his name is ,he said that the eagles would listen to trade talks to move samuel but imo i think they would want to much for him

Trust me I don't need to rewatch anything. ****, first big pass play was on Vontae. Carroll and Sapp were picked on later in the game but Vontae was getting beat early and often. Smith tackles worse than grandma so he doesn't get a pass either. Surtain and Madison... I think you forget HOW GOOD those guys were. They didn't drop interceptions. Smith dropped 8 alone last season. He BLOWS. He's slow.

Marion was great but let's be cereal, Madison and Surtain were All-Pro CB's. Not just Pro Bowl.

true head the dime on the head and if im not mistaken both madison and surtain .onehad i belive 8 ints and the other had 9 ints in there first year with miami. imo if i could, i would trade vontae and smith in a heart beat for pat and sam when they were in there prime .
